The place needs more flowers and fruit trees. And a few cats to make it cozy. Feels sterile. Most importantly you must pick up plastic on beach. Hire some local school kids. Beach was filthy

Absolutely amazing resort. Mellow and relaxing, gorgeous spot, nice people. Would definitely come back. I highly recommend it for anyone who is visiting Vietnam. Only a couple hours drive from Ho Chi Minh.

Overall a lovely stay
Very clean and tidy hotel with a delightful pool. Spa was also great. Restaurant menu has a good mix of Vietnamese and Western food and we enjoyed our dinner and lunch here. Breakfast was quite good but busy. Some guests were occupying children in the restaurant with very loud and intrusive iPad entertainment and it would have been much more pleasant if the hotel stopped them from doing so. Despite being the only people in the pool, on a few occasions a guest was flying a drone over us for quite some time. It was flying all over the resort and while these are quite a recent additional to the general public, I think hotels should ban them from use. Very annoying sound and an invasion of privacy! Add drones to you ur banned list Alma, along with the durian!

Relax Weekend near HCMC
Excellent service and friendly staff willing to make your stay the best as possible. Spa services were also excellent with full variety of massages and very good sauna and steam room. The food was also really good with different type of food and dishes with fair prices. For sure we will back when we need a new relax on the weekend.

Wonderful place to relax
We had a very relaxing time at the Alma Oasis. Right from check in the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Initially we were allocated a room on the hill, with many stairs to walk down to the amenities. This was very hard on my knees, so we requested a room change. This was not a problem and we moved to a room near the pool, spa and restaurant. The rooms were pleasant and clean, with nice touches that you don't find at other places, such as liquid hand soap and body lotion. The complimentary daily spa treatments were wonderful. Again the staff were very friendly and professional and the facilities very clean and pleasant to use. We spend quite a bit of time at the pool and also enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend the Alma Oasis. The only downsides were the street tour was overpriced (but lots of fun and our guide Thuyen was wonderful) and the cocktail recipe varied considerable depending who was making them!

Health Spa focus Awesome
This luxurious beach resort is a great Winter escape from NZ. The staff are so accommodating, the food is excellent and the pool is great for spending hours in. But the best thing is the free spa treatments that involve Tai Chi, sauna and then a wonderful, long massage.

Be aware of overcharge fee
The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and most of staffs are friendly. However, I was charged extra-person fee by hotels.com while booking family room (allowing 3adults and 2 kids, according to Oasis staff) for 2 adults and 2 kids. I tried to contact Hotels.com and Oasis for this matter. Hotels.com requested me to call them instead of email, which is impossible since I am currently out of country. Oasis told me that their staff will call me back but they didn't. Bad customer sevice!

Clean and comfortable- friendly helpful staff
We travelled as a large group of friends, including children. Our group was well looked after by the staff all weekend. The garden rooms are clean and comfortable and the large villa was perfect for group meals and using the private pool.

Very relaxing
Overall staff were friendly and the breakfast staff were great in that they remembered my food allergies and prepared breakfasts' in accordance with my needs. Great memory. However I do have to agree with some other comments left in regard to arrival reception. We were left feeling most unwelcome and not at all impressed with how we were treated on arrival.

Relaxing place!
Great relaxing place for our two night stay! The pool is amazing and the facilities are great. Loved our room and our terrace! Every staff is so nice and helpful :) Super loved the inclusive spa treatment.

Oasis it is!
Overall stay was good. Big resort, good service, love the colors of the hotel as it's very refreshing, scrumptious food served in the restaurant. It's a good place to go if you do want a peaceful stay. I love the warm massage (Bamboo) and it's a good thing that they provide a Spa Credit on your stay. It's all worth it!

Relaxing break in the sun
A very relaxing stay in a spacious, clean and modern room with great decor. The daily spa service was amazing and we had wonderful massages included with the room every day and there were no availability problems encountered when booking them. The free wifi signal was ok but signal was intermittent, but there were a lot of good, free movies available to watch on their in room entertainment - better movies than netflix actually. Housekeeping was very good. The pool is large and spacious and wasn't crowded when we were there. We didn't spend much time on the beach as we preferred the pool. Private car service transfer from HCMC airport was waiting for us on the way there and back, and was quick, efficient and they had bottles of water for us in the back. You aren't supposed to tip staff individually but you are encouraged to tip at the end if you have enjoyed the service - which we did - and then this is shared between them all. I hope the tips do indeed reach the staff as claimed

Modern style in the relax atmosphere.
It is a new renovated hotel with 20+Years history but the new renovated look is so much difference and modernize. Spa service was included in the room charge so that it forced me to utilized the service and found it was so good.

Short relaxing break
It was a short break for the family, we had a relaxing time. Karitna was awesome with kids, my son loved playing with her. The hotel can improve by putting some shades at the swimming pool, it is a very warm.

Doctor service when needed was good
The resort has taken on an almost greek style, which seems totally out of place. The old vietnamese style resort we remember from our previous stay was really missed by us. After a while, It did grow on us through, after needing a doctor twice and being please with the service. The pool is now smaller, unfortunately, but still ok. There were no bycicles at the resort this time, which were available on our last stay, so we were really disappointed as we had been looking forward to exploring the area again by bike every day, which we could not do. The breakfast needs improving and even through the vietnamese staff are friendly and very eager to please, they do lack understanding of english a bit. The set up of the tables in the restaurant seemed all over the place and the flow of the breakfast buffet was disorganised. There was no information in the bungalow/room in regards to resort services, restaurant menu, pool opening & closing times, spa facilities/prices, instructions for tv/channel/internet use, local area attractions, historical areas, etc. The pool area was more inviting to lounge around than the beach area as it lacked style and needed more lounges, as it seemed only half finished. The bungalow itself was very comfortable but it seemed very odd to have the vanity basin in the bedroom/kitchen area and not in the actual bathroom.

Được đổi lại tên là Fler De Lys, resort được cải tạo lại hoàn toàn và mang đậm phong cách Địa Trung Hải, xinh đẹp, mới toanh, hòa mình vào thiên nhiên với rừng cây ven đồi, vẫn còn khá nhiều loài ốc lá xinh đẹp sống trên cây với vỏ ốc màu trắng có vân nâu hay các màu sắc khác, loài này hiện rất khó kiếm tại Long Hải, nhưng lại sinh sống tự do và nhiều trong resort. Hồ bơi đẹp phù hợp cho trẻ em và trẻ nhỏ.

깨끗하고 조용한 휴식
넓고 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 음식도 맛있고 수영장도 잘 관리되어 있고요. 리조트안에서 쉬고 놀기에 부족함이 없습니다. 단, 프라이빗 비치는 파도가 쎄서 수영이나 물놀이는 어렵구요(12월 기준) 리조트 주변 가장 가까운 식당은 6분거리라 밤에 걸어가긴 좀 어렵고, 리조트 바로 앞에 작은 슈퍼가 하나 있어서 맥주는 살 수 있습니다. (사실 미니바에 있는거 먹어도 2천원 정도라 부담없구요) 좀 쉬다가 하루정도는 붕따우에 택시타고 다녀오면 괜찮습니다.

호치민에서 또 한참을 가야해서 멀긴 했지만, 매일 스파가 포함되어 부담없이 즐길 수 있고, 특히 아이들까지 짧게나마 케어를 해줘서 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 다만 호텔 가까운 주변에는 갈만한 곳이 없고 내부에 식당이 하나라서 오래 머무르기엔 아쉬운 점이 있습니다. 택시를 타고 20~30분 정도 붕따우 시내로 가서 구경하고 식사를 하고 오는 것도 괜찮습니다.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på det hyggelige hotel. Vi havde valgt et værelse med udendørs badekar, hvilket var super hyggeligt. Alle ansatte var venlige, og vi nød især wellnessafdelingen, hvor der dagligt var massage inkluderet i opholdets pris. Vi kan især anbefale hotstone massagen! Stranden er beskidt og ikke specielt velegnet til at bade, men det havde vi læst hjemmefra, og hotellet prøver heller ikke at give et falsk indtryk heraf. Vi gik dog alligevel en dejlig tur, og der er mange lokale, der fisker lige udenfor hotellet. Desuden tog vi på en cykeltur i området, hvor vi tilfældigvis fandt to spændende templer. Vi benyttede os af hotellets transport til og fra hotellet. Prisen fra Ho Chi Minh var ca. 500 kr. hver vej.

Alma Oasis har ett fantastiskt läge, avskilt vid en vacker strand men med gångavstånd till samhället Long Hai. Själva anläggningen är mycket vacker i ett kuperat parkområde med en välskött poolanläggning och ett soldäck vid stranden. Det mest unika med Alma Oasis är den höga kvalitén på behandlingarna i Spa-anläggningen som ingår i rumspriset. Frukostbuffén är utmärkt men lunch och middagsmat håller en ganska blek kvalitet. Ät istället god vietnamesisk mat i någon av de många små restaurangerna inne i Long Hai. Sammanfattningsvis är Alma Oasis ett perfekt ställe för en veckas total avkoppling i en mycket vacker miljö.
