Good Hotel with serene view
Over all experience was generally okay. Hotel Execurive suite was priced very expensive 52k for 2 nights over weekend. Value for money not recd. It included only breakfast. Swimming water was slightly green in color or rather unhygenic. I have at better hotels (3/4 star rating) at much competitive rates

Very bad experience, it was a terrible experience Day one. my car key was misplaced by the valet packing staff. I could not go out on the 1st day. They have wasted 4 hours (4 pm to 8 pm) searching the car key. finally they could not locate the same. Next day early morning I had to get up and come all the way back to my house in Mumbai to pick up the second key of my car (hotel arranged a car free of cost). I reached back the hotel at 12.00 noon on the second day. Half day of the second day was also spoiled. In short it was a bitter experience.

overall experience was good , but a little improvement on service speed will make it better. personal opinion will be to improve on the gaming zone area for kids as well as for adults e.g , snooker etc. otherwise food and other facilites were nice . but still scope of impreovement on menu can be added .

Well maintained hotel, good food.
The hotel room was well maintained, though looked somewhat old. The service was good. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality, which our group enjoyed a lot. The location is a few km away from Lonavala and has a lot of bugs outside, but this is not an issue provided you keep the windows closed. Wireless internet was available only in the lobby, this was a disadvantage. Overall, this was a good stay.

nice place but needs to be renewed
nice place. had a good time.I was in a delux room but i felt it needed to be newer. The room was clean but old. all in all i was satisfied as the comments i read earlier made me scared. The Buffet in the morning and evening was ok but kind of repetitive.the service was excellent. The swimming pool was very nice. the play area for children was nice and it had some rabbits and chicken. The hotel is 3 stars and not 4 stars as i thought. for the price, i think it is over priced but not sure about the other similar rates hotels in the area and how they are.

Beautifully placed and relaxing...
The overall experience was good.. the rooms are spacious and balconies are just wonderful.. the property size & architecture is the major plus with its swimming pool and scenic views. However, would appreciate if the staffs are trained in a better way.. they were humble in nature but the service was really slow.. My room didn't have the tea maker machine and for which I have to call 3 times and it came after 2 hours, not expected!!!... The place is really clean.. will recommend to visit the place..

it was a total fun as it had everything that a good reort should have! from indoor games to swimming pool, fishing pond, ducks/ swan, hill( if you like mountain climbing)... me and my lil one had a great time fishing! room service was just average but everything else was taken care off! i highly recommend this hotel.

It started with the check in. There was a wedding or some function going on so there were people and confusion everywhere. The Check in took a good 30 minutes before we were shown our room. Room was in poor shape. Needs a coat of paint and some new furniture to replace the worn out ones. Bathroom was pathetic. The shower curtain was full of fungus. Bathroom fittings were horrible. The cleaning staff probably have no idea the rooms come with a balcony. It was so dirty and dusty and looked as if its not been cleaned for over a month.

Good place to relax if you are in a group
The location is such that you need either own transport or you have to hire a local auto on day basis. Nothing is available close by. Also there is no comfortable trek available from the property. So if you are at Lonavala just planning to relax with a group of friends or family, nice place. The property overall is good, though for the cost, it could have been better presented. E.g. there were broken windows and damaged TT rackets. The aquarium and the pond are nice. There are rabbits in the garden and a small children's play area. The problem is with the food. Room service is chargeable additional, but there is a problem with A-la-carte ordering at the restaurant. The spread of food does not justify the rates at all, neither the variety nor the taste. On top of that, if you are at the restaurant, you have to actually order items only being served in the buffet. They of course charge you only for the portion served. One problem we faced was that there was a discrepancy in the price of one item as mentioned in the menu and on the system. Of course this was solved for us on pointing out but the point is how many do actually notice. One nice gesture from their side was their offering a 10% discount on the second night dinner, which I appreciate.

Over priced and unclean hotel
The hotel lacks basic maintenance. Soiled sheets, pillows covers with marks of dampens. Curtly tells. Broken switches and highly over priced resturant. In the name of fresh juice they provide you fruity. The front desk behaviour is as good as any babu sitting at the desk, as if they are forced to take your reservation. Doesn't worth your money.

Stayed in Oct'13. The view from our room was beautiful, we stayed in the deluxe room facing the hills/duck pond/lawn. Early morning tea in the balcony with the views were particularly relaxing. The food was excellent, the lunch buffet as well as a la carte. The cleanliness, especially of the bath tub should have been better. The hotel staff is very good, very friendly, and they deserve a special mention. Some bathroom fittings needed fixing but nothing major. Though we did not use the indoor games but the TT table and caroom board looked pretty worn out. The room was comfortable.

Not a good experience
- there was no bell boy or valet. when asked at the reception, they said they have gone for dinner.There should have been a replacement if one person is gone for dinner - The Reception was dull with person who was at reception was not at all warm and no front office atticates. - We were not welcome with warm smile or given a good response to questions which we asked. - The Men at reception took our booking details as if doing a favour or giving us a charity room. - I could not see any daily newspaper at the waiting area. - the house keeping / maintenace is disaster. The room given to us smell liked rotten things.Dust bins kept in room without cover and they look like road side dustbin, cheap look n feel. No bathrobe in the room. We have to call for it - We were charge Rs.20 for dental kit. All 3 stars hotel keep dental kit as a part of bathroom products and its not charge. Refridgerator lacked cooling system - Phone didnot have details for intercom numbers which tells a guest which numbers to press thru intercom for which service. Mattress was full dirty marks and smelled which was duly covered with white bedsheet. Carpet is worst in the room ... one cannot stay longer in the room.Food was average in taste. I feel it can still improve though.But the F & B staff was very good .
