We opted for a takeaway from the terrasse restaurant because the pub singer was a bit too cheesy. Normally I would have been offered a later check out but this was not done, so when we went back there were none available. Normally due to my status this would not have been an issue. So had to pack the car and go and find space by a pool. Also.. it advertised breakfast… but there didnt seem to be anywhere to have it

Excellent Family Accomodations
Club Son Antem was a fantastic family-friendly resort during our vacation in Majorca. The village was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were luxurious.

A fantastic resort, enjoyed the swimming pool with our 3 kids and golf with my wife. Restaurant was great and the new Marriott Hotel next door was excellent and the meal we had there was brilliant. Would stay here again.

Property was isolated, no stores except Marketplace in lobby. Units were 2 story and this 2 bedroom had a smaller than normal living room/dining area. I would not be likely to return to it.

Son Antem Quality
An amazing stay at a fantastic resort. The place oozes quality from the moment you get to the gatehouse, and everything they do is top class, even under the current circumstances of Covid regulations. The quality of the villas is excellent, and so very well equipped. There wasn’t anything to fault about it. We’ve been before at different times of year and it’s always been a great stay for us. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay at Son Antem, wish we could have stayed longer, but will aim to go back soon.

Could be an absolutely perfect place. Does depend very much on what sort of guests you have around you.. we had a selfish, noisy group who we had to ask quite a number of times to keep the noise down - not relaxing!!

Beautiful resort but would advise you hire a car.
The Marriott Son Antem villas are well appointed and very spacious. The entire complex was very clean and tidy with lots of activities for the family. The restaurant was great but didn’t have a vast choice for vegetarians.

Very, very good stay
Great venue overall though you do need a car. Positives include very well appointed 2 bed house where we stayed, pool and leisure facilities which were very clean and modern. Service was generally very good indeed. There was a sense that big brother Marriott was breathing over the shoulder of employees and that they were rather nervous of negative comments from customers. They should have a little more confidence and feel that they can show genuine warmth to customers not some sort of manufactured relationship. The other downside was the price of the on site supermarket and restaurant which was overpriced. Similarly, the aggressive marketing by their ‘marketing team’. Overall, the experience was very positive however and I would not hesitate to return.

Great experience. Beautiful premises and very kind and helpful staff. We stayed in a very comfortable, spacious and very well equipped villa with a small private yard and views to the golf course. The outdoor pool area was great and the indoor pool at the spa even better. The spa itself is very well equipped and managed. The hotel has everything, from kids club to bike rentals, beautiful walking trails, a small gym, tennis courts, golf course, spa, great yoga class, you name it. Great for families. If you want to really get to know Mallorca you'd better hire a car, but if you like to spend most of your time at the hotel and go out occasionally a cab will do. The food at the restaurant is good, but a bit expensive and not spectacular when compared to other restaurants in Mallorca.

Lovely hotel, let down by pool maintenance
We have been visiting this hotel for almost 20 years, so it is fair to say that we really love it. However, being frequent visitors we are also able to see when standards have slipped. This was particularly the case with maintenance of the villa’s pool. This was meant to be cleaned every night, but wasn’t cleaned at all despite requests. Added to this unclean grouting and it was really not a pleasant experience. They did eventually respond to our feedback by closing the pool on our last night there for “essential maintenance “. The on site restaurants La Terazza and La Finca are worth a visit, although we waited over 2 hours for dinner at La Terazza and half of our party had had to leave by the time it finally arrived. The Holistic Spa area was the worst we have seen it. Marriott obviously recognise this as they were waiving the usual entry charge as the usual facilities were gone. Great that they now have the on site mini market open 24 hours. Lovely new reception area for check in, although the wait for the accommodation until 4pm always seems much too long!

Houses are lovely. Resort is so well maintained. Having so many pools meant the one nearest our house was never busy. About 20 minute drive to the beach.

Good family hotel
We had a great week here with our two sons aged 11 and 13. Spacious villas very comfortable and well kitted out. Staff and amenities were brilliant. W Tennis, golf, gym ( 16 and over only)volleyball, basketball, table tennis, bikes activities. Restaurants on site were very good but fairly expensive. Little supermarket on site too but cheaper to do a big shop at bigger supermarket in nearby towns. We had a car to explore and would recommend a car as not walking distance to any town or nearby amenities.

Good experience at the Marriott. Not the first time staying at Marriott Vacation Club. Knew exactly what to expect and was not let down. Also knew to expect them to try and sell timeshare at their resort. Was firm to decline as from past experience one would lose about 4-5 hours, something we did not have during a break.

Good choice but hire a car
All facilities in great condition. Staff delightful. We stayed in 2 bed house. Ideal for 4 persons. 6 would be too many in my view.. Our house was a very long way from main pool and restaurants. There was another pool closer, but without facilities. We didn't have a hire car, and it was too hot to walk during day comfortably. The hotel bell boy Jose did drive us back and forth quite a few times, although 1 rather arrogant lady on reception told us they were doing us a great favour. That didn't sit well with me and I had words. Maybe they shouldn't have put a family with a 3 year old so far from the main hotel!The hotel restaurant food was very poor. The Finca restaurant (independent) on site was just ok and expensive. There are nice restaurants in square in town about 5k away. All in all with car would recommend this resort, not so much if not.

A hidden gem
Very relaxing family holiday with teenage children. Quiet golf resort about 15-20 minutes east of Palma airport. Despite being non golfers this was a real find. Car essential if you want to explore the wider area. Stayed in self catering villa which was very well finished with excellent facilities and wifi. Pools with lifeguard for every 8 villas and on a couple of days we were the only people there - no rushing to reserve sun loungers! Use of hotel facilities included- pool, gym, spa, tennis etc. Two restaurants on site. La finca restaurant especially good at night. Plan to return as within easy reach of Palma etc by motorway so able to combine quiet relaxation at resort with busier pace of life if needed !!
