The hotel was dirty and the restaurant was not good. The entrance to the pool is extra - not worth the price.

PRETTY GOOD BUT NOT PERFECT
This is partly a "camper resort" and partly rooms for rent. The rooms were adequate. One defect was that the shower water head had broken OFF the wall and you had to hold it to get warm/hot water all over your body. And there were a few mosquito bites on my legs and hands when I left. I wouldn't want to stay for more than the 2 days I spent there.

Stayed only for the night, it's basically a campsite, with this 'hotel' at the very back of it. Would not really call it a hotel, it's more like an apartment complex. Room was basic, with a bathtub in the corner of it (?), small bathroom with a shower. There's free wifi and free parking. Took me the longest ever to check in, not impressed by the guy at the reception. Was just for the night and I've booked it cos it was the cheapest place in Ljubljana, won't be coming back. You can book a taxi at the reception to get you to the center or just hop on a bus which takes maybe 20 minutes.

Great stay for a few days relaxing in Ljubljana
Just a few kilometres outside the capital. The place has a real holiday camp vibe. The room was clean, plenty of parking and the staff really friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

We reached the hotel after 10PM and there was only one person at the reception and he did not speak a single English word. The keys which were given to us did not work to open the rooms. There was no map or any directions to get to the rooms.60 Euros per night for a single room without breakfast in the outskirts of Ljubljana was not value for money.

What a brilliant place!!
Just got back from the Ljubiana Resort Hotel nd found it excellent. After a very good Easyjet flight we picked up a shuttle from the airport for only 9 euros door to door. The receptionists couldn't have been more helpful and we found the hotel room. This is a place that has camping, motor homes and a hotel. We stayed in the hotel and got free breakfast which was fine - plenty if cereals, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, cheese, ham and unlimited fruit juice, tea and coffee - perfect for three days. We spent one day in Ljubiana (a bus ride away) and the second full day at Lake Bled (don't miss that). Altogether (athough it was 38 degrees) a brilliant city break.

Fijn dat de hotelkamers op de camping waren! onze kinderen en kleinkinderen verbleven daar in de camper. gezellig voor ons allen. Ontbijt in het restaurant was keurig verzorgd.

Bij aankomst was het een beetje chaotisch, na inchecken konden we niet gelijk het park in omdat de slagboom niet open werd gedaan. De kamer leek op het eerste gezicht goed, maar was niet wat wij geboekt hadden. We kregen een kamer met 3 losse bedden en zonder balkon. We hadden een kamer besteld met 1 tweepersoonsbed en een balkon. Daarnaast was de koelkast stuk en werkte de wifi (waar voor betaald moest worden). Na melding te hebben gemaakt dat we in de verkeerde kamer zaten kregen wij een nieuwe kamer toegewezen. Hier aangekomen bleek het exact dezelfde kamer maar er waren 2 bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven. Wij hebben toen zelf besloten in de oude kamer te blijven en de bedden tegen elkaar aan te schuiven, omdat alle tassen er al stonden en daar airco was (die niet bleek te werken). Ook vonden wij het jammer dat er betaald moet worden voor het zwembad. Het zwembad is wel mooi en het was er savonds erg rustig. De volgende dag kwamen we er ook nog achter dat de stop van de wasbak stuk was en er liepen mieren in dr badkamer. Al met al vinden wij het de 80 euro niet waard. Wij zijn zelf op doorreis en voor 1 nacht was het te doen, maar ik zou absoluut afraden om hier langer te blijven.

The only thing that is not true is the wifi - hotel guests DO NOT pay for wifi. If this happened to you, please understand we are trully sorry, however the camping guests pay for the internet and ther must have been a misinformation about this and the receptionist falsely believed you are a camping guest? kein 3 stern Hotel. Keine Ruhe in der Nacht, kann man alles hören was die Nachbarn treiben. Bedienung beim Frühstück ist unfreundlich. Selbst Frühstück werde ich persönlich darauf verzichten. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Non chiamatelo Hotel
Questo "resort" è un grande campeggio con tende, camper e roulottes. Esistono delle casette, in lunga fila, da raggiungere a piedi con bagaglio alla mano. Camerette molto piccole, ma pulite, con piccolo bagno dotato di bidet (miracolo!)...TV non funzionante. Colazione essenziale. Non ho guardato il ristorante perché mi è bastato l'odore di unto fritto che sprigionava. Non posso esprimere opinioni riguardo la piscina , che non ho visto, perchè ero in transito (arrivato la sera e ripartito la mattina). E' vicino all'aeroporto, e questo è positivo. Può andar bene per ragazzi o giovani famiglie. Le "casette" sono a 2 piani" non esiste servizio bagagli egg. Mi era stata assegnata una stanza al secondo piano, ovviamente con scala che non avre i mai potuto salire con la valigia. Fortunatamente (e cortesemente), quella delle due ragazze alla reception che parlava qualcos'altro oltre allo sloveno, è riuscita a trovarmi un'altra stanza, ancora più distante, ma alprimo livello. Il vostro prezzo speciale e la brevissima durata del soggiorno, hanno reso il tutto un po' più tollerabile. Non consigliabile a persone di una certa età e/o con qualche problemino, appunto dell'età.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung aber nicht länger
Wir waren in den Appartements für 1 Nacht. Länger wie zb. Urlaub möchten wir hier nicht machen Räume sind funktional ausgestattet. Wer KEIN Comfort erwartet ist hier richtig!! Sauberkeit war ok. Schön war der Wasserpark, viele Pools ideal für Kinder und Familien.

Good experience and nice staff
At first we didn’t have a very nice experience with this hotel. The room we stayed in wasn’t as clean as we liked and the airco was leaking. We complained at the desk and got a bit of a rude reaction from a young staff member. The next day we went to the reception again and showed them pictures of the room and the airco. The girl responded very professional and offered us another room. The room we got was a thousand times better than the first room. We are very happy about how professional they responded to our complaints. We know that sometimes things can go wrong at such a large institution, but I think it’s all about how they fix things and make customers happy again. They also have a very nice swimming area which is free for hotel guests.

침구냄새, 맛없는 커피 및 빵
침구 및 방 전체에서 냄새가 많이 나요. 소독약냄새 같기도 하고... 침구의 촉감도 상쾌하지 않고 찝찝했어요. 특히 아침식사는 너무 허술했어요. 수퍼마켓에서 사와서 꺼내놓은 빵에, 인스턴트 커피로 머신에서 나오는 맛없는 커피, 싸구려 쏘시지와 햄... 다른 사람에게 추천하고 싶지는 않았어요.

Should respond to the phone call.
I've booked it cos it was the cheapest place in Ljubljana. The location is quite far from the city center, the staff is good and really helpful ,but when I entered my room,I can't find for the air-conditioner remote, the wifi is not working. I called the hostel's phone number,no one ever respond, from my room to the reception is about 10 mins walk , and it was about 11PM at night ,not many lights on the side . So I just sleep with no wifi and no air-conditioner, it makes a bad impression to me.

Indeed I am sorry for the experience, the night guard was probably on his walk on the premises and could not pick up the phone.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht. Die Pool-Landschaft ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das “Hotel”, was man definitiv nicht so nennen kann ist total heruntergekommen. Pluspunkt ist die Klimaanlage und die Fußbodenheizung. Ansonsten ist das Erdgeschoss ein dunkles Loch. Die Terrasse ist lieblos und die Stühle dreckig. Das Zimmer ist einfach und sauber.

Es un camping con bungalows. Todo limpio y ordenado. Al lado una piscina(no incluida en el precio) que es obligada la entrada si vas con niños.
