Area the hotel is in was great. Check in staff was great. Checking out however was less than desirable, when a woman began banging on my door to then ask me what I was still doing in the hotel room, i was told i could have a late checkout, it was just very rude.

The entire property, staff and surroundings were immaculate. The room was outstanding! Fresh, clean linen and the furniture was in excellent condition. The breakfast was great at the restaurant. They deserve about 100 stars! Good job Westminister staff and operators. Please keep it up!!

the hotel was fine, however, the bed wasn't comfortable. for the price that we paid it would have been nice to have had some kind of continental breakfast

Other guests were incredibly loud. Service was not great nor all that warm and welcoming. The state of the property has really declined since the last time we stayed here. It’s too run-down, sleepy, dreary, and old overall. And the check-in was so slow and uninformative. Will never stay here again

There were 2 downfalls to our room were. First, the room was so hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down so it made sleeping miserable. Second, there was no ventilation in the bathroom so when you showered it was muggy. Other than that we were pleased. Definitely will stay there again.
