Parking was inconvenient. Took too long to park and get car to leave . Also more outside visitors than actual customers of hotel to enjoy the rooftop bar . Also the downstairs bar was never open . The staff was great .

The property had multiple water leaks at one of the entrances. The hotel had three carts only and none of them available due to the crowd checking in. One of the elevators had been broken and caused a major lineup at the other elevator. It was difficult to carry all your bags and items without a cart and a broken elevator. The staff was undermanned and would not pickup the phone for room service orders.

Hotel was great. Great location right off I30. Some internet issues at check in that led to a delay in getting my room, but all staff courteous and kind. Will definitely stay here when in Little Rock aagain!

DONT STAY HERE I was delighted to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Little Rock. The location was perfect for everything I needed during my visit. It wasn't until after checking-out that the issues started. I checked out 3 weeks ago from the date of this review. I was CHARGED the incidental fee when there was nothing wrong with the room. They told me after I called a week after check-out that it wasn't going to be the 3-5 days they mentioned, it could take up to 11 days. To spare, the hotel and I did this exchange 3 other times. They told me the same thing, it could take another 3 days and it depends on my bank. We are on day 21 and I finally called my bank and they told me it was NEVER released for a refund. BEWARE if you stay here you are at risk for fraudulent charges on your banking card.

I was so excited to stay at this property due to the easy location to just about everything downtown Little Rock. When I arrived I waited in line behind a mother and daughter who were purchasing alcohol from the “store” in the lobby. The front desk clerk was very friendly and polite with them, smiling and joking. Whenever, it was my turn at the desk I informed her I had reservations. She bluntly asked for my driver’s license and my form of payment. Saying absolutely nothing to me, she handed me back my cards, asked if I was going to valet? I asked if I had to, her response “If you want to wake up with your car still here it’s your only option”. So I pay an extra $27 dollars. She hands me two room keys and that’s it. No this going to be your room, the WiFi is, have a good evening. Nothing but go see those guys about your pass. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and new. The view was not so much but hey. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. But that front desk clerk left a bad impression from the time I stepped in.

Very friendly staff beginning with the valets thru to check-in, the 7th floor bar/restaurant and the breakfast crew. Sadly the 7th floor outdoor area does not offer a view of the river. The valets, while very nice, could not drive my manual-transmission car - so I parked it myself and didn't have to pay the valet charge ($27.50/day). There is more affordable parking but its not adjacent. The place is very clean and modern, room was comfortable with all the amenities. Recommended for a downtown stay.

Avoid this dump!
First hotel I've EVER stayed in that had bed bugs. Maybe I've just been lucky but I certainly expected more from a Hilton property. Upon further inspection, the room was filthy, especially the carpet. On top of that, the only reason we picked this particular property was the "Agasi 7" rooftop bar. Unfortunately, the service was poor to nonexistent. We will NOT be staying at this property again. In hindsight, I should have demanded a substantial credit on the bill.

Very clean room and comfortable. One of the desk ladies w/ tattoos and big eyelashes wasn’t that nice in my opinion. The other thing that we weren’t aware of before is that you have to valet park and it does cost daily. The rooftop bar is a gorgeous view.

Someone came in our room 2hrs after we checked in. He said he was just checkibg the room. He said his paper didnt have the room was occupied. Then the valet keep the keys and moved my vehicle without me asking.

All the staff members are friendly and respectful. Very clean hotel. Parking is valet only but tgere are nearby garages. The valets are helpful and trustworthy. Quiet and very comfortable room.

Not wonderful but good stay
I found way too much hair in the bathroom. I requested one area to be cleaned and they responded quickly and did so. However, I saw more afterwards. There is good use of space inside of the room. Breakfast was delicious. There was an issue with the toilet running and not flushing well. Very convenient to walk to the Riverwalk area and restaurants. Nice downtown view of the city. Valet parking was easy and all of the staff was nice.

I took a 2 queen bed room in lieu of my king room reservation due to room not cleaned??!! Unless I'm mistaken, the carpets were damp as well as the bedding; otherwise, the staff super friendly and helpful. I liked the Valet Parking
