We came to attend the eclipse at the zoo. It was easy to navigate to the zoo and there were multiple restaurants near by that were wonderful

This is the only place we stay when we come to Little Rock for my medical treatments. The hotel is very reasonably priced, comfortable, convenient to hospitals and doctors offices, and quiet. But the REAL reason to book here is the STAFF! In all the times we’ve stayed there we have never had anything but wonderful, friendly staff. They have greeted our every request with kindness and in this world, that’s not easy to find.

Got there, they had issues processing my credit card. Went to 1st room, keys didn't work, went to 2nd room toilet didn't work. No water in tank. 3rd room was decent, still grungy. Breakfast was spouse to be from 6am-9am. At 7am they had closed it and was not cooking any more food. I asked for a manager to call me on leaving the property. It's now been almost a week. No call. I wouldn't want to die there. If this is one of your hotels. Then cancel my membership.

I am distressed by the lack of refund if need to cancel. I had a travelling companion who did not come due to family emergency. I talked to the manager but could not get a refund. Their breakfast could have included scrambled eggs. I am not much of a biscuits and gravy person.

Great staff, clean, disappointing breakfast
Clean and great staff. Beds and pillows okay for a hotel, better than most. Kitchenette area has a microwave, larger refrigerator and a sink so good for a longer stay. Parking is a bit of an issue. Most of the parking is in the back and no access so you have to walk around the building to get in. Disappointing breakfast. Nothing hot except some packages of sausage and biscuits that you could warm in the microwave.
