The FLH Urbano Hotel is in an older building (expected) so has smaller rooms but the site is well maintained and is in a good location for walking to many of Lisbon's historical sites, plazas, waterfront, etc. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was a good, true European continental breakfast (they called us when we missed our assigned time (due to a small seating area) to see if we still wanted it, and the rooms were comfortable. The only real issues were a troublesome entry issue, so the reception person has to allow access (had to wait once but otherwise they were at the desk) and a coffee machine that would dispense espresso but not milk for cappuccino as designed.

This hotel is truly in the heart of everything you want to see and do in Lisbon. We could not have picked a better spot for our three nights. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the all day pastries, coffee, and tea, were a lovely surprise, especially as we had cool, drizzly weather. We hope to stay here again in the fall.

Lisbon was my first stop on a two-week trip and this was my favorite of several hotels. Staff was very friendly, service was great, my room was clean and the location was close to just about everything. Doesn't hurt that they offer free port and breakfast to guests. The lobby is cozy and makes for a good place to relax if you won't want to just be in your room. But I wonder if staff is overworked. It seemed like the same guys were there in the afternoon until the next morning. I would show up around 8 p.m., go to my room and find the same guy at the front desk at 8 a.m.

Good for access to all the clubs and streeet actio
This is a great choice for a stylish and affordable hotel with in the central party zone. I found the tiny bathroom a little difficult but overall the room was comfortable with high ceilings bags and charming French doors overlooking the street action. For the price a good bet i f you are looking to be where the main tourist action is.

Location was within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Staff was very friendly, spoke multiple languages. Hotel rooms very quaint, we loved our little balcony and although small, the room had a lot of charm.

Amazing hotel in great location - highly recommend
We loved our stay at the Hotel Urbano. They had our room ready earlier, and the staff is amazing. The staff was very kind and patient and giving us advice where to find Fado music. The location of the hotel is amazing and close to all important sightseeing points in the Old Town and very close to the Cruise Terminal and the Alfama District and Rossio Square. You can walk everywhere. The room was convenient and very clean. We had everything we needed. The bathroom was also beautiful and very clean. The only thing was the water leaked out of the shower on to the floor, but we mopped it up with a towel. It was quiet and peaceful. The lobby/breakfast room is beautiful with its arches and stonework. There is always cake, pastel the data, water, tea and coffee available for hotel guests 24/7. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I especially like the fruit salad with condiments and the Espresso machine. Everything is fresh and delicious. We loved our stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

Super friendly, cosy small hotel in historic city center. We especially liked the extra touches such as complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks in the lobby all day, and even port in the afternoon. Nice breakfast too.

Feels Like Home...Urbana
The hotel's location is ideal for exploration of the Alfama and downtown erea. Although not luxurious, thr hotel was quite comfortable with amazingly attentive staff. The famous Trains #12 and 28 are only a short away. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is modern, clean and in great location. Walking distance to many touristic sites. The staff was very nice and helpful. Something to consider before booking is giving its location sleeping can be challenging. It sounds as if windows are open. Definitely could use better insulation and/or sound proof. Also If you plan on starting your day early, breakfast is fully served after 8.

Close to the main atractions!
It is a very good hotel, walking distance from the mai Lisbon atractions. FHL stands for Feel Like Home, and in fact you fell this atmosfhere. Just one issue o report: no frigobar in the rooms! This is something thay can improve.

This is a very good small boutique hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are very small and compared to where we stayed in Porto, but the location and staff made up for it. The desk and kitchen staff are great. A few constructive notes which I hope will help them improve. The rooms were not the cleanest. They weren't dirty, but there was dust in corners and showers had some mold. You can tell attention to detail could be improved. When we arrived the sheets on our bed were wet. Yes wet! We told the front desk and they promptly addressed. I guess they weren't dried completely. But how could the staff not notice when making the bed! That's a big detail. Other than that the stay was great. The breakfast was good and there is also some sort of dessert or pastry in the lobby.
