I enjoyed my stay here, the bed was really comfy, rooms a good size, and the front desk staff were helpful with recommendations and information about Lisbon.
The area is quiet and away from the centre of lisbon which I liked, its easy to get around with a train and metro station close by (under 10 mins away). Ubers downtown are approximately 5€.
Room was mainly clean, some of the sheets have seen better days and theyre are a few stains on the carpet but generally good.
The spa was relaxing, I had a decent massage there. My only advice is to book massages early to avoid disappointment.
Breakfast had a good selection of food, I'm not sure if they were short staff most mornings but any made to order (fried eggs, dairy-free coffee, pancakes, etc) can take a while and weren't always correct.
