This hotel was perfect! It’s beautiful, great location, very friendly staff, and delicious food. It’s located in an area surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Close to everything. We loved everything about it.
The staff were very helpful with arranging tours and also had great restaurant suggestions. We were very comfortable walking to restaurants and shopping from the hotel. There were also treats in the room each evening when we returned ! The room was also very well appointed . We will definitely stay there again.
The staff were very helpful. When we wanted to go to Cascais for the day they gave us directions to the train station and helped us avoid going to the metro station with the same name. On our last day there was a marathon which closed down the nearby taxi stand. When they found our we needed a taxi to get to the train station, one of them walked to find a taxi for us and brought it back to the hotel.
Our room was great too but the service is what would bring us back the next time we’re in Lisbon.
The hotel is in a great location near all the tourist attractions. We could see the Santa Justa Lift and Castelo de Sao Jorge right from our room. Very close to Rossio train stop. Many restaurants close by. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
I came from a Hotel where there was a cockroach in my room so I was so happy when Hotel Santa Justa was able to accommodate me so last minute. They ensured my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Would recommend!
It was very clean, comfortable, great breakfast options included and great restaurant in house. Close to lots of local attractions and great food.
Only downside was having to park in a public garage and wheel luggage over. Hotel acts like they guarantee a parking spot and it’s basically the same price if you go directly to the garage and not pick up card from hotel first.

We regret to hear that the parking was a downside, we do our best effort to provide the best available parking solution in Lisbon downtown and we give information in all sites to be clear to our guests. We have a partnership with the parking located at Figueira square 100 mts from our Hotel and we have parking cards that give a discount for our guests on the daily parking rate. If guest parks the car without our card pay more for 24hours than using that card. A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Little touches like a free bar go a long way in improving one’s stay. Had an excellent dinner with Fado. All in all a really nice stay!

The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is great. They offer daily free bottle of water and beer. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel. The past four were excellent. I did not receive housekeeping service for any of my three day stay, and I did not receive the promised bottle of wine.

Place was very clean. My family room was great - two connected bedrooms and bathrooms gave us a good amount of space. The hotel fixtures were modern.
Room had chocolates and wine and port upon entry and then a few days later dropped off sparkling wine.
Very friendly staff. Location is perfect! You are one street over from Rua Augusta and a 5 minute walk from Commerce Plaza. The room was clean, modern and had an excellent shower with LED lights. I would stay there again.
Property is upgraded and modern for a Lisbon hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. And the in-room, as well as the welcome and goodbye gifts are a very nice touch. Besides that, the hotel is located in the perfect neighborhood for accessing all of Lisbon's sites and restaurants on foot.
Hotel Santa Justa was incredible, truly. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pick-up/drop off to the airport was timely and the drivers were so kind. They even gave a bit of history. If you stay at this hotel you are walking distance from so much. I promise the next time I come back to Lisboa that this hotel is where I will be.
