Rooms are very clean. Staff is very helpful. Special kudos to ismael who gave us so many recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!!

The cable tv was not working well, most of the time signal was breaking up, no clear pictures, so we just kept the TV off. Very small shover, looks very nice on the pictures but extremely small and since the shover door was made out of one piece of glass the water was leaking on the bottom of the door. Extremely small room not even enough space for a desk or a table. Being on this trip we have stayed in 4 different hotels and this one goes on the bottom of our list. Would not stay there again. Im sorry.

The property is new and close to everything. Unfortunately we had some issues with the housekeeping. For some reason they decided to clean the room after 5 pm and this was the time we were resting after daily trip or some other activities in the city. We checked out on Friday and the last time someone cleaned the room was on Tuesday. Overall it was a good stay but I don’t think we will use the same hotel again.

Nice clean hotel well positioned for public transport links. Lovely park opposite and some nice restaurants and a bar (turn left when exiting hotel) within a short walk

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very clean, modern, on the whole quiet, and in a great location with transport links to get all over Lisbon. I had breakfast once, and it was very good. Unfortunately, the rooftop was not open due to maintenance which was disappointing. However, these things happen. I would stay here again.

Great location, good rooms and friendly staff. Roof top bar not open but was February. No evening food but sister hotel near-by had restaurant and larger bar. Liked music theme, could have followed through more with music playing in public areas.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff who informed us that we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony. The hotel was very quirky and ideally placed for access via the Metro to the whole of Lisbon. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was great and catered for all in the buffet style. Carolina welcomes you to breakfast with a smile and will give you any help you need. Including ideas for trips etc. Too cold for the pool this weekend but what a lovely space and the view. .amazing. The hotel helped ensure that our city weekend break was just what we wanted. Thank you

Funky spot for a weekend break
The decor strikes you immediately you enter place, and continues right throu and into the rooms. Everything as expected, great location, good value brekkie, very friendly staff. The bar prices were a bit steep compared to the rest of the city - but that's about it on the downside.

Always there to help.
The front desk people were such a great help. Whether it was helping to activate an esim on my phone, lending us metro cards, getting extra condiments for us, and sharing information- they are friendly and accommodating. Once we had left I realized that medication had been left in the small fridge. Diogo made sure it stayed refrigerated until I could return 3 days later and pick it up. If need be, before Canada return, we will return!

City break.
Lovely hotel, very good location with metro and bus routes close by. Nice park across the road. Rooftop open swimming pool and bar with beautiful views. Bar not open as was January/ February. But was still lovely to sit there. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and lovely views from window. Excellent value for money. Staff were really good and recommended good local restaurants. They organized airport transfer and booked taxis for us when needed. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Looking forward to our next visit.

A brilliant place to stay when visitng Lisbon. Two minute walk from the metro. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable. The music theming is charming. Cant wait to visit again.

Quirky music based hotel with loads of character. A stone's throw from the Metro and bus routes. Walkable to the sea and other interesting parts of the city - including the funiculars. Rooms v tidy. Breakfast worth the extra euros too. Nicely powerful shower as well. Highly recommended.
