"Lovely room, clean and well equipped. Reception staff very helpful. Comfy bed. The only improvement would be a handheld shower attachment as you cant wash properly with just an overhead rainfall shower on the ceiling. Other than that, lovely stay"

"We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying."

24 Oct 2019The receptionist on arrival and booking out was a disgrace. She should not be at customer point of contact as she represents the company very badly. She is the reason this review is not entirely 5 stars and let down her wonderful colleagues.
