The only real problem I had was the fridge in my room did not have an ice maker. & the middle washer in the guest laundry would not spin.

This was exactly what my little family needed, Price was low, close to the Surgical hospital which we needed early in the morning, and was quiet sleeping.

Comfortable and pleasant stay.
It was nice and quiet, very comfortable stay. Mall and other places that I wanted to go to were just a 10 minute drive and also had some restaurants at a walking distance. The shower could use a different faucet, one that could move around more. Also, one piece of the vinyl flooring was popping out, slipped on it a little.

Way too overpriced. Didn’t know I was getting an extended stay establishment until i arrived and checked in. That’s when i checked in to a full house refrigerator and stove stop range and a cabinet full of China. Gotta do better next time. Plus again like I started this venting, Way to overpriced!!!

Staff and location were great. For my room being near the lobby it was quiet. I might suggest updating the shower, the shampoo dispenser was ready to fall off the wall and the shower head was so corroded not allowing much water pressure to come through.

The shower would only go burning hot or scorching hot. Booked a king size bed but ended up with a queen. There was mud through the elevator and hallways.

We liked that it was close to where my husband's surgery was, and that we could get a roll-in shower. We didn't like that the room wasn't as clean as it should be, and cold air come in around the air unit beneath the window.

The room was a nice size. There was very little room on the wall side of the beds to get out. There were two towels for a room with two queen sized beds. The bed was comfortable. The room could have used a thorough cleaning.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Pups love that an amazing dog park is right around the corner. I love that it is clean, quiet, always friendly and helpful staff, and of course a truly dog friendly property. The girls and I stay here twice a year and always love it.

My sink had a bunch of black burnt food in it and smelled really bad, plus the garbage disposal did not work. Very poor service as well.

I don't usually write reviews. I just give stars and go on my way. But I would like to tell you about how dirty it was. The bathroom wall looked like someone had pee'd down the walls. There was dead bugs all along the window ledge. This prompted me to look at the mattress............holy hell it had stains everywhere. Thank God the sheets looked clean that were on the mattress. Not too mention there must have been a flood a couple doors down the hall so we had the pleasure of listening to the loud hum of commercial drying fans blowing all night long. It was just a super sweet experience.

Good value, would stay again.
We like the property, have stayed there before. Location works well for us, it’s near family. Clean room, kitchenette is handy and the bed was comfortable. Minor nitpick is the shower head which was not too versatile and the bathroom vent NOT being on a separate switch from the light. Staff was friendly.

The room was awful. Dirty sheets, holes in the sheets, the toilet made a loud noise when you flush it, the shower had no hot water. Has a 19 inch tv mounted in a corner hard to see from the bed. We cancelled our second night and stayed at a different hotel.

Dear Alex, We are sorry that we fall short of providing the best humanly possible customer service. We don't have 19 inch Tv in any of our rooms. All our linens are new and get replaced every day. All our suites do have 32+ inch tv that is normal standards in most of the hotels. We do have friendly maintenance staff looking into the matter and didn't find any issue with your toilet. Hope you will give us another chance once we upgrade or rooms with 50 inch TV in the future.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom that we had to kill, a bedbug in the pullout couch, blood on sheets. When speaking to the front desk, we were told that the facility does not have soap to wash linens. Jeff, GM said the new linens are in back order. Absolutely gross place. We had booked a block of rooms and our entire block left within hours.

Fine if you enjoy hearing loss
At check in and every time I interacted with the staff they were completely apathetic. They did their jobs adequately, but definitely seemed to not want to be there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the fan that came on any time the bathroom light was on was SO LOUD you would think you were on an airplane.

I definitely thought the hotel has breakfast but all they had was a ridiculously overpriced convenience market. They should make it more clear when booking that there isn't breakfast available. The room was large and clean and the hotel overall was quiet.
