The hotel-provided transport was easy to access, and even the external transport we had booked was double-checked and confirmed for us. Hats off to Andrea! And what can I say about this hotel? The service is outstanding, the staff are so warm and welcoming. It’s phenomenal to enjoy both sides of the island – the sea on one side and Venice on the other. "Don’t be put off by the negative reviews on this property. Top notch location and I loved my comfortable little room with a view and I loved sitting outside on the little ground floor bar balconies with a sundowner. Breakfast is ample and coffee acceptable. The main breakfast room has unfortunate acoustics and is a bit of a scrum so I recommend you sit in the room adjacent with the green sofas for a more peaceful experience. "
