The hotel was very well located, the pool area was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. On the other hand, the wifi was horrendous. For a business trip, this was definitely problematic. There was no water for a couple hours one night. It was fixed but it was definitely rough, especially as it was quite warm in Libreville all day. I left a personal item in my room and still did not receive any confirmation from the hotel that it would be sent back to me. I have been told they would get back to me. It is a good room to sleep in, a good pool to lounge around, but the rest is definitely not great.

Chère Madame Valandro, Nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses pour le désagrément causé lors de votre séjour. Nous vous avions expliqué qu'une canalisation avait cédé, problème qui a été réglé ( -2h) par l'intervention d'un camion citerne. Concernant le réseau internet (wifi) nous sommes en Afrique , souvent tributaire d'un réseau quelques fois incertain, nous sommes actuellement sur la fibre optique, nous nous efforçons de trouver des solutions au quotidien. Vous avez fait votre check out le 2/02 au matin, des réception le 4/02 de votre mail, le jour même nous vous avons répondu avoir retrouvé dans votre chambre votre pochette en Wax ainsi que du linge personnel. nous vous avons proposé de vous faire un colis a nos frais dés que possible . L’expédition a été faite le 12/02 de Nice pour Paris . Nous avons tout mis en oeuvre pour vous satisfaire afin que vous receviez au plus vite vos effets personnels oubliés . Nous serions heureux de vous recevoir lors d'un prochain séjour au Gabon. Bien Cordialement

Great pool and breakfast
Biggest positive - best breakfast of entire trip. Not a dingy buffet. Instead a served, tasty treat. Pool was really nice. Rooms are in great shape, with fun shower/tub setup. Overlooks the beach and ocean horizon. Outdoor furniture is pretty beaten up. WiFi was really spotty - don’t know if that’s a property or a national problem.

Upgraded to Oceanfront suite!
We were upgraded at check-in to the nicest room on property (which was going for nearly $700 that night). The pool was awesome. Prices at dinner at the hotel are NOT cheap, but that is Libreville for you. Staff was very friendly and helpful except for two ladies at the front desk when we checked out. One of them rolled her eyes when I asked if I could settle the bill with my credit card (this seemed like a common occurrence with certain hospitality figures in Africa). Overall a pretty awesome hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights in 11/2018. Small, quiet hotel. Good sized and very clean rooms. Everything worked. Decent wi-fi. Included breakfast is simple but very good. Restaurant food is good quality but limited choice and VERY expensive. Had to pay cash (they accept Euros and USD) for additionals on check-out as card machines not working. Staff were quiet and courteous. Allowed me a late check-out (1930) with no extra charge. I'd stay there again.

Oasis in Libreville
I cannot say enough good about the Royal Palm. We stayed there twice during our recent trip to Gabon. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant delicious and the facilities nicely appointed and air-conditioned. What amazed us about the Royal Palm was the flexibility of the staff. They allowed us to check out "whenever you want." Literally. We had late flights on two days, and we stayed as late as we needed to. We also took the key by mistake and they laughed it off. Finally we changed the reservation and shortened our second reservation by one day; they said they never received the email from Hotels.com, which could certainly be true, and when I showed them the email I received from Hotels. com, they HONORED IT. When our room flooded (rainy season!) they moved us in a nanosecond to a second floor room and I would recommend that anyone staying there request a second floor room, and were apologetic about it. The breakfast is not a buffet, but does include eggs. My only complaint is that they do not take credit cards. They have the machines, but they do not work. I called my credit card company to verify that my cards should have worked, and they confirmed this. The hotel next door has ATM's so go there to get the cash you will need. They accept either Euro or XFA. I would stay there again.

Ça ne vaut pas le Park Inn. L’ hôtel est mal entretenu. La plage en face de l’hotel est pleine de déchet. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix.

この施設の中に英語を話すスタッフが一人もいない。食事は高すぎるので、朝食以外は外で食べることをオススメ。部屋はこじんまりだが清潔で、ネスカフェセットもありGood. オーシャンフロントにあるが、決して海では泳げない。ペットボトルのゴミが山積み。幹線道路から少し入ったところにあるので静か。空港送迎の依頼はフランス語が必要。映画で依頼メールを送っても返事なし。リーブルビルは安ホテルがあまりなく、この価格でこれくらいならマズマズといったところ。

Bien caché, mais très bien! Cet hôtel n’est pas du tout visible depuis la route qui passe, il est juste avant le Re Ndama en venant du centre-ville, et il n’y a pas de panneau. Mais ça vaut le détour. Tres propre, confortable avec piscine sympas. Petit déjeuner très bon, et servi avant l’heure normale avec une sourire! (Ma faute j’étais trop tôt !). Personnel vraiment amicale et professionnel. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous sommes arrivés la nuit. L'accueil s'est fait assez simplement et dans une bonne ambiance. La qualité des équipements est tres bonne. La position face à la mer excellente! Nuit confortable et bon petit déjeuner.
