An older style motel, but well maintained, clean, no old converted up smoke smell you often get in these even in the "non smoking rooms." I'm sensitive and mine was fine. Room was clean and kept up, although older style. But for the price was great. Much better experience and cost effectiveness than what I paid twice as much for the previous night elsewhere in one of the bigger chains.

Office was not open when we got there at 2:30 pm and no one was anywhere on the grounds. The telephone number they left to call was disconnected. We had to find a new hotel. If I am charged with this bill, I will never use travelocity again.

This was a very clean place to stay. I only needed a night to sleep while on a long drive, and was quite pleased with what I booked. It was clean, quiet and I felt safe there.

Nice room. The heat and cool register was excellent because it was easy to control. Nice outside area to take dog out.

The motel was a nice little place. Clean and convenient. The only thing is the bed was not very comfortable for me. I didn't sleep well.

Great No Frills stay, terrible service.
As a no frills stay the American Inn is a great stay. It’s conveniently located just off the highway and is near lots of restaurants. The proprietors however leave a lot to be desired. The service that I received made me feel as though they didn’t want my business. They refused to provide fresh towels even though it had been incredibly hot that day and I had been working outside. They told me that I’d already used my towels for the day.

Cozy place!
Cute little hotel. Not fancy, but very cozy. The lady at the desk was so friendly. Large bathroom and great water pressure. Located near many restaurants. On the main road, but set off some so very quiet sleep.

Got in late and left early so it was ok. Carpet was very stained and bedspread had burn holes and was very old. It was farely clean otherwise. Bed was comfortable. Not bad for the price.

Very basic accomodations. Clean and moderately comfortable. Check in was friendly. No breakfast and I needed to wake up the morning office attendent to get coffee. NOT top shelf here. Decent value. Many competitive hotels nearby, so they need to try harder.

This was a good location, easy to get to places. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with a great shower. The TV reception was good and there was a good choice of viewing. The staff made a good recommendation for an Italian restaurant that was not far from the motel.

We found this motel to be fine for our purposes which was an overnight stay on a round trip. We were not looking for fancy amenities or extras. We also weren’t looking to eat breakfast so I can't rate that either. Our room was comfortable and clean. I was moving and traveling to my new home with three cats. Many places are pet friendly but not cat friendly so the fact that they welcomed cats was what was important to me.

We stayed here because it was as far as we could get leaving later in the day. Check-in was smooth, room was clean, A/C was loud. Breakfast was available but there really wasn't much there, a few donuts and pastries, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.
