Hi Michelle, I am so sorry you had a bad experience during your stay with us. Although each day we are improving, some days set us back. Unfortunately we had a situation where an individual intentionally pulled the fire alarm and we had to get police and firefighters involved. As for heater complication, I will take this up with our management team to possibly preheat rooms automatically instead of per request as the current policy states.
