The rooms are nice. The facility is nice, the staff is nice. Our only real issues are that the noise insulation is not very good. The people above us and beside us were so loud that not only did it disrupt sleep, but it was difficult to hear the TV. I think if the insulation between rooms is a little better, it might not be so bad. I don't think the people were unusually loud. I just think there's not enough separation. In The other issue was that there is a patio area outside by the pool but it was pretty much unusable for guests because it is constantly in use by the staff who gather out there smoking.

We liked the hotel so much that we stayed there twice. They staff is friendly and the breakfast is really good with lots of options. The hotel is clean and it’s a really good atmosphere. The kids loved the pool.

Nice hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was awesome! Scott the manager really helped out with a problem I had. Great customer service on his part. Glad I tried it out. Only problem was with hotels.com. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!! I had a problem getting there on time and they would not work with me and tried to keep my payment for the entire week! I am a traveling, healthcare, professional. I stay in hotels every week of the year Thought it would be easier to use hotels.com for all my needs rather than have several different apps. Found out easy isn't always better. Strongly advise everybody to not use hotels.com.

Beautiful and Clean Hotel!
Our stay was amazing! The room was immaculate and spacious, very comfortable beds. Bed linens were spotless! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and inviting. The only thing I would think about changing is the thermostats- they switch automatically between heat and air conditioning based on the temperature you pick, but it wasn’t the best setup. 69 was freezing and 70 made the heat kick on- then we roasted. It would be much better if we could pick between heat or air conditioning and then select the desired temperature. Other than that, wonderful stay.

Convenient. Stayed there for two nights…but room service did not clean the room. We used same towels for two nights. Very limited selection of continental breakfast compared to other similar accommodations we stayed at in Lewisburg in the past.

Great stay in Lewisburg, WV
The staff was so friendly from check in to checkout. Room was great! High ceiling made room seem bigger than it was. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great with premade omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. They even had a do it yourself waffle stand which my daughter loved. Great coffee too.
