"The service of the apartment is very good. The staffs are very friendly in providing consultancy and help. The kitchen facility is sufficient for doing self-cooking during a period of time. You could get all the ingredients from a supermarket within a 2-minute walking distance. The bus stop 12 of the hop-on-hop-off bus [redline] is about 15 minutes by foot. One improvement suggestion is that the pillows were too soft for us. It will be better if there are some alternative choices provided."

"A very convenient hotel near to the center of the city and easy to use the transportation. The breakfasts is ok with limited variety but tasty and fresh products. The only bad thing is that they removed the mini bar from room (they told me to save the environment!!!!!) and i could not have something cold to drink. Also no coffee making facilities and it would be nice to have a bottle of water in room, these are basics as a 4 star hotel! Nevertheless i suggest it for a good option in Vienna "

"Not so good. Big disadvantage for this hotel is NO AC. It was very hot in the middle of summer 33-34 C degrees. It was insane hot in Vienna at that time. My fridge was dying. Plus, no iron in the room. They charge you for ironing. If you travel in summer maybe it's better to consider other places. The room is very clean, but small, new bathroom. The location is excellent, close to trams, subway station, 30 min walk to the center"

"I stayed here for four nights while visiting Vienna. It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. It is a bit older, but it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and it is kept spotless by the caretakers. Highly recommended."
