Excellent stay
Very clean room, good shower and lots of hot water, located across the canal road from the downtown pedestrian walk. Close to the leather district. A safe and well worth the money hotel.

i cannot give this hotel a full 5-star review. When i arrived, there was a mistake with my booking, and i was almost charged again for my booking, even though i had paid for my reservation in full through orbitz. It turns out, one of the employees made a mistake. he apologized for this. If you book with this hotel, I would recommend that you reach out to the hotel if they do not proceed to send you some sort of email confirmation (not an orbitz confirmation either, it has to be from the hotel itself) regarding your booking. There was also an issue with the sheets on the bed not having been changed since the last visitor had left. There were bits of crumbs, hair, and trash in the sheets. The manager on duty apologized and offered to change our room, but we just asked for the sheets to be changed promptly (which they were). The next day we noticed the staff working hard to make sure all the sheets on the floor were changed. overall i would recommend this hotel as it is in a good area, and is walkable. just confirm your booking with the hotel DIRECTLY before embarking on your trip to avoid any confusion regarding payment when you attempt to check-in

The hotel was located near the center of Leon. The room was clean and had the amenities described in the listing. I wish that the shower head had more pressure because it took me a while rinse off. With that said, my experience with the staff was great I was allowed to check in 35 minutes early.

They had no room keys!!! They had to follow you to open your room every time. The sheets were dirty. There was no soap. They didn’t even have an iron

Great budget hotel, very clean and good service
We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding and the place is great. Inexpensive but good for a few nights. Very clean and comfortable beds and bathroom, friendly service at front desk. Breakfast us OK: coffee, boiled eggs, fresh chopped fruir, yogurt, hot ham and cheese sandwiches, waffles, cereal, milk, etc. Close to downtown and the arch. We went to plaza Mayor mall and is only a 10 min drive. I will stay here again.

Me gustó que la recepcionista nos atendió muy bien. Sin embargo durante las noches se escuchaba gente caminando alcoholizada sin que seguridad hiciera nada se reportó varias veces a la recepción y solo dijeron que tomarían cartas en el asunto y no hicieron nada culparon que era tiempo de feria en la ciudad

Bonito hotel, el estacionamiento es pequeño y si llegas tarde se llena y tienes que dejar las llaves por que te estacionaras detras de otros autos. Desde las 10:00am te estan tocando las recamareras para sabes si estas todavia en la habitacion.

Muy bien el hotel. Solo dos detalles que son:un poco de moho en el cancel y la pichancha de la regadera se quedaba el agua. Por lo demás muy bonito muy cuidado.

Nos dieron una habitación que no era la nuestra, pero la habitación estaba limpia y nadie habia estado ahi asinque hicimos uso, salimos fuera y encontramos nuestras cosas en lobby porque llegaron los dueños originales de la habitación y vieron que estaba ocupada, y decidieron sacar nuestras cosas en lugar de dejarlas ahi y a estas personas darles habitación nueva. No nos dieron ninguna compensación ni nada. Hay cafr gratuito por la mañana pero es muy malo. Es hotel económico y por lo mismo no incluye amenidades, todo se cobrs aparte.
