"The room was great and very comfortable and we loved the location. I was very put off by the lack of service and irritating policies and signs. We were driving to Wilmington and had made plans to visit with friends in Pawleys Island on the way up. The Verandas only has check in from 4 to 5 pm so I sent a message to say we would not arrive until 6:00. No response so I called them. They said I would receive an email from them giving me a link to provide my ID and credit card images. I thanked them...

"I chose Kasa for the space and same price as a mid range hotel. It is a full size apartment with a huge walk-in closet, a patio with table and chairs, and 2 huge TVs with tons of channel choices. It is an incredible deal and one I will take advantage of every trip to Wilmington. The whole process was also contact free. The door has a key code and no card. Wonderful experience. "

"Our accommodations overlooked the ocean and was quiet. The bedroom was spacious with 2 double beds. The kitchenette had basic amenities including a microwave, stove top and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The closest coffee shop was about a 45 minute walk but enjoyable. The restaurant offered a decent selection of items and was good. Overall a nice place for a couple or a family."
