Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next time I visit Legazpi.

The property is near to everything. It is clean and presentable to all my guests. All the restaurants serve good food, thus, I do not have to go anywhere else to meet up with people.

The Marison is a very nice hotel for a small city in the Philippines (Legazpi). It's not perfect, but for those of us needing a place to stay in Legazpi, it's a big improvement on the other, older options. My wife and I will stay there again, next time we need to go to Legazpi.

Convenient location to tourists sites and easy parking. Ate at 3 of the hotel restaurants and they were all excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices to satisfy your cravings. The staff is well trained and courteous and very responsive. We booked our sightseeing activities at the front desk and was very pleased and happy with the company they booked us with.

We always love to check in this hotel when we are in Legaspi. May we suggest the management to just do deep & detail cleaning of bathrooms regularly to prevent dirt build up & mildew in between tiles & corners of bathroom to maintain your high rating . Thank you.

The hotel was equal to any similar level hotel in the USA. The staff was attentive, the breakfast buffet was good with variety of foods, the room service was excellent, and the fitness center was tops. The only improvement we could identify is the internet connection and speed. The internet service was not good, but that is expected in this area of the Philippines.

The property is in a convenient location. It has 3 restaurants that provide dining options. We were provided shuttle to the airport, which is an added benefit. The service at the restaurant was a bit slow even though it was not busy at that time, and the server forgot to place one of our orders, which we ended up cancelling.

Property sits accessible to everywhere. Restaurants on the property were all great! Didn’t disappoint! The staff were all wonderful. Will recommend and stay again at The Morrison.

The room is clean and well kept; unfortunately the view from the room I got was not nice. The breakfast was varied and great.
