"When one offs The main road.. the area is questionable with some construction and GPS was showing wrong location.. When we arrived at GPS MAPS location, there was a dead end and no Bnb. Asked around some people explained. I called and there was no answer. Then I reset on my Maps GPS and found the place!!! I did sweat for about 10 mins!! Nice cozy place. Good breakfast. "

"The host was great, however the room we were given was not up to our expectation. We had to share a communal bath/shower which was unacceptable. There was no built-in cupboards and our clothes remained in our bags. The price we paid was truly not worth out 3 nights of stay. I surely will not stay there ever again. I would not recommend anyone either. The accommodation is ideal for groups and not for a couple.we made the most of our stay there."

"When we arrived (at 7pm in the evening) it seemed that the booking via Expedia never reached the B&B and that there were no rooms available.. the woman at the reception wasn't very friendly/ helpful and didn't show any compassion towards me being there with my parents without having a room to sleep.. "The stay was AMAZING. Super clean guesthouse with stunning interior and friendly staff who ensures that guests are safe and provides excellent quality service. The Amenities are also great. "The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was great! But,we ended up needing to stay in a different building, as their main building was booked full. This building had a very loud echo and you could hear every door that closed and every conversation. They really should add some rugs and curtains to soften the acoustics. "My wife and I would like to praise several members of staff: Itumeleng from Room Service - what a nice and efficient man! Then Maddeleine, Betty, Josephine and Beauty from the Main Restaurant, where we had our 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner The Palace is an incredibly beautiful place - we just admired the decorations (African annimals as statues at the front as well as inside, floor mosaics, the structure of the Palace you see on arrival and on the passage from the lobby to bedrooms"
