Great place for a stop while driving by. Room was clean and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to highway/autoroute

Very comfy. poor location. 2 hotel w/ name B&B...
I arrived in town late. Took the bus to the B&B to find out after the bus stopped that there is 2 B&B in town. HAd to walk 4 km to the proper one. Arrived a little before midnigth. Had to be at Gare Routiere by 10. No Bus on sunday until 10:05. Had to walk another 3.5 km to first but. Arrived late. BEST bed i had in a long time. Arriving is all computer. Had no code to open door. the guy on intercom was semi-helpfull. The 2 ladies in morning were super nice. (front desk & breakfast) So all in all if you have a car. very comfortable bed & pillows. If you are with public transportation. Find a better location. I would go again if not pressed by time.
A little difficult to check in if the front desk wasn’t open. The phone support guy found our reservation but said it had not been prepaid. We had to insert credit card and pay at the front door kiosk. Thankfully a young woman came out and let us in. She got it figured out. We had already paid so she refunded our credit card.
The rooms were clean enough but very small. And there was no hair dryer. As we are travelling for 32 days we did not give up clothes room in our suitcases for one. This is the first hotel that we have come across that hasn’t had one. and no laundry facility. It seems like the perfect place to have it. But good location. And staff was nice.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon!
Sincerely,
Great facilities! Having driven along the southern coast of France, and staying at various types of accommodation - was very thankful to finally find one with ample and FREE parking! Rooms were spacious, modern, very clean, with good WiFi. Average breakfast, amenities like hairdryer/iron can be organized for 20 euro deposit. Felt safe in the area and hotel as a solo female travelled. Would definitely stay again!

An OK hotel for the price
Quite a basic hotel like most in this chain. Restricted reception opening hours. Good parking facilities. Air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat.

Not so clean, the people at the breakfast were nice, and the breakfast good, the ones that clean the room including their manager could not even replied a good morning, for 3 days in a row, very unhappy people, the air conditioning is non existent, the location is good, the Wi-Fi is just okay.
The room was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. The location far away from city area. It would be a good choice only if you drive there.
Nice no frills hotel in a quiet location that's about 15 min away from city center. I liked that it was so close to the highway so we can get on our way after leaving. There really isn't much staff there as everything is automated but we had no issues. Free parking was good too.
The place was pretty much as advertised, clean and comfortable though the rooms were a bit small. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the bacon and eggs they served at breakfast; they were, respectively, undercooked and runny. Other than that, fine.
A no frills budget hotel but friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. I had in error booked a smoking room. When I asked for a non smoking room they found me one immediately. The beds are comfortable, good shower and excellent air conditioning. For the price I don’t think you can beat it.
we arrived late . the only way to get to the hotel was with a code we did not get. took long 5 minuts to get help through the inter-phone. the rest was ok
This hotel brand is about keeping it affordable and providing value. We were four in a family room, which served our needs perfectly. Doesn't have all the frills of a more expensive hotel, but that is reflected in the price. Even the reception staff hours are limited to keep costs down. All doors have electronic locks, for which you are given a single code that works for carpark gate, hotel entrance door, and your room door. Simple!
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Room was absolutely filthy, really difficult to fet to, very noisy, tiny beds, cramped room and a stale smell in the room.
The entry procedure was dreadful for anyone new to the system. The instructions on how to start were not in English so very complicating. The assistance phone never explained how to start and was wanting to get off the phone to answer other calls. There was nobody on reception to help us when we arrived at 3-00pm
Unfortunately, this was not a very pleasant experience. This is one of the noiseiest hotels I have stayed in. Avoid the ground floor, rooms 17 and 15 as they are next to the reception and you can hear everything associated with a hotel lobby. Also the reception is unmanned a lot of the time. You have to input codes to access your room and the hotel itself. I arrived back at the hotel one night and the access code would not work for my room. There is an intercom service in the lobby that you have to talk too if you have ant issues with your stay. The people who are at the other end are actually in Paris. I explained my situation and they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. They cut me off on 3 occasions and I could hear laughing in the background. They showed that they were not at all concerned with my predicament of being locked out of my hotel room at 2.00am in the morning. After trying the intercom for a fourth time, my friend managed to access the room. This situation was completely unacceptable and is clearly one of the drawbacks of not having a 24 hour manned reception. All in all it was a poor stay and I would not recommend staying here due to the noise levels, the unprofessionalism of the staff at the head office and the fact that you cannot talk to anybody if issues arise.
Small do-it-yourself hotel just outside of town. Good if you need to get out of Aix-en-Provence quickly and go east. Doesn't cost a lot and has a minimal staff, if at all.
