The pictures are deceiving. The air conditioning didn't work; it was over an hour from the airport, and ants were all over my clothes in my luggage I spent one night and checked out because the hotel staff claimed not to have any other rooms for a swap. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

On the plus side, a very good buffet breakfast. The bathroom was clean and well stocked The bed had a large sag and furnishings overall could use a refresh. The front desk service was indifferent. The breakfast staff were hardworking and kept the area stocked and clean

Very nice room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast buffet. We had dinner with friends in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We had our laundry done and that was overly expensive.

nice hotel close to the center of Latina, Italy
Stayed here with my partner as part of a group of friends. Overall it was a nice hotel close to the center of Latina, Italy. Pros: Clean rooms with efficient air-con, access to a pool & gym, excellent assortment for breakfast, decent bar, 24hr front desk, check out is midday. Also the restaurant looked good, but we didn't eat here so can't comment on the quality. A short walk to a nearby '24hr' supermarket (handy if you have a very late arrival as we did) Cons: The woman at the front desk regularly seemed unimpressed and inconvenienced (including to our Italian friends, so it wasn't a language barrier issue), and we were provided with little information on arrival. Also we found one of our towels that had a stain/burn mark on it (not a big issue as these things happen), but when we asked for a replacement one never came. Also it can be noisy in the mornings as the sound of luggage rolling down the corridor tends to echo.

Two day out for business.
Two day out for business. Hotel is located in the Latina city surround , there is a good internal car parking (for free) and a very good and cheap restaurant. Check in is quite fast and personnel friendly Rooms are old (at least at first floor) but cleaned. Small bathroom with broken furniture. King bed but not conforrtable, room noise. Air conditionning not perfectly working. Internal restaurant excellent with local food and large selection of fruits and vegetables. Breakfast included: Excellent, very rich selection of cakes, sweet and salted food. Coffe and juices Ending : roooms, furnitures and common areas need to be renewed, food... excellent,

Just ok for one night
Last minute stay between Florence and Sorrento. Very good breakfast but rooms dated and in need of an update. Very helpful staff but in a mainly industrial area.

Hotel OK.
Overall not to bad. Need to seriously update their WiFi. Slow, would need to get login in information for each of your device and it expired after 1-3 days. If you are going to use this systems I suggest having the password last the duration of the stay. The reception staff was awesome though.

I have stayed here several times when visiting Latina, good value not far from downtown.

Decent hotel for the price, but no iron
The customer service from those who spoke English was absolutely great. The bed was sleep able, but average for Europe. The strangest thing is that the hotel did not have one iron. So our entire group had to wear in ironed shorts to our meetings.

I booked double room for my self and my wife but we did find our self in two single beds close to each other for the first night I did complained to the reception I they gived us other double room and he was nice with double bed not two single bed.

Very nice and helpful staff. But the room was quite small and the bathroom had some mold in the shower... The last day I saw some silverfishes on the walls :(

Il hotel e carino e prezzo qualità giusto ma abbiamo alloggiato diverse volte e ci hanno dato una camera brutta ma soprattutto una delle volte area acondizionata no funzionava , altra volta perdeva acqua . Il ristorante niente di buono . Ma il posto ci piace ed alla fine va bene . Poi per entrare in piscina anche ospite deve pagare e no c’è scritto ! 5/6€ a persona , grazie

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura più volte, mi trovo benissimo, le camere sono pulite, il servizio in camera é veloce e cosa più importante è una delle poche strutture che non fanno problemi ad accogliere i cani. Ho un cane di media taglia e la maggioranza delle strutture non li accettano o riservano l’accoglienza solo a cani di piccola taglia, formato borsetta per rendere l’idea, invece qui ci hanno accolto senza problemi e per me questo già vale tutti i punti a favore. Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio.

La mancanza di uno scivolo per il carico/scarico purtroppo, alla mia età, fa la differebza. Nella stanza, piccola e inospitale (supporto per valigia rotto, due luci su quattro non funzionanti, un contenitore per supposte sul pavimento). La biancheria bagno era insufficiente, ma la reception si è prontamente attivata.
