Great value for money, well maintained and clean. Right at the beach, breakfast is served at an outsourced restaurant with cheerful staff. The receptionist was so nice and helpful too!

This property is great! Reception is very accommodating and friendly (thank you for al your help!). Water pressure is great in shower, and beds are relaxing. Convenient location - right next to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are $2.50 euro each.

Great location, recently updated and very clean. Only downside was that nearby bar had music blasting from about 9pm to 2am. Sunday too from 9 to midnight.

Good location, friendly staff.
Hotel is well located and one street from the beach. Minimal contact with staff but very friendly. Room was a good size and comfortable for two of us. Shower was best during our 11 day stay in Cyprus. The hotel was a little noisy and could hear other visitors and some road noise but nothing too bad to put off staying again if in town. Bathroom door is practically see through so limited privacy, could be awkward if staying with friends/family. We only stayed one night but would recommend.

The welcome that we received from Nadia was wonderful. The room was large and clean, and there was a place to hang wet bathing suits on the porch.

The staff is very helpful especially Nadia at the front desk is very efficient and helpful. There is a club behind the hotel and the music is loud. It didn’t bother me because I was on vacation but it could bother a light sleeper. The hotelIs very clean. If you have suitcases and are assigned a room upstairs be prepared to carry it up the stairs. However it’s not a tall building and the hotel has only about 12 rooms so not a huge dealbreaker. Nadia is very helpful in arranging taxis and excursions. The beach is just across the road about 100 ft away. Overall very convenient, clean and reasonable. There are many places to eat along the beach so that’s a plus too. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room mates and myself stayed with them the week of valentines where they gifted us with free red wine and chocolates, a very nice touch to the stay. Will stay again if visiting Larnaca.

The Hai is very convenient to the beach but out of the mainstream so it is quieter. The unit is very clean and modern. It has pretty much what you need in the room. What could have been better is the front desk hours. I tried to check in a bit early but the room was not ready because the prior people checked out late. You can only check in between 2PM and 4PM when the front desk leaves for the day. My room was in the back of the hotel so the window opened up onto the ventilation duct work so the curtains stayed closed which made the room a little claustrophobic. I'd stay there again. It was a good value and comfortable.

Good hotel, in an excellent location.
Centrally located, pleasant staff, clean throughout. Decent breakfast at nearby taverna. Our room didn't have a balcony or patio, but the main grumble was the bathroom door-see through glass! So you need to be very close to the person you're sharing with. Also the door opened inward and outward. We solved the problem by putting large towels over the door when one of us went to the toilet!

This is a new hotel, bed was good, very pretty, and the desk manager was super helpful. It was easy to check in and they were very responsive. The down side was the the room smelt of cigarette smoke quite badly. The manager opened the window, sprayed in there, put on the air conditioning, but it continued to smell. He said when we came back from dinner it would have aired out, but it didn't. We asked for a refund and he first said ok and then said not unless we found another place to stay - and this was at 9:30 p.m. when we came back from dinner. Also, the front hallway is quite noisy with people coming in and out, and there was a nightclub with pounding music til 2 a.m. nearby. We had high hopes but unfortunately would not recommend it.

Mukava yhden yön hotelli edulliseen hintaan. Itsekirjautuminen oli helppoa ja huone odotettua parempi. Loistava paikka rantakadulla. Ainoa harmittava asia oli yöllinen juhlinnasta ja alakerran baareista tuleva meteli, mikä esti nukkumista osin. Huoneessa oli varustuksena korvatulpat, joten selkeästi tämä oli ymmärretty haaste.

Definitiv die beste Unterkunft, die ich bisher besucht habe. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Es war sehr sauber, es roch gut im gesamten Hotel, alle waren sehr freundlich. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Werden bei Gelegenheit definitiv wiederkommen :)
