Never refunded $50 deposit. Don’t smoke or drink and did not have animal in hotel room. Any trash was put in trash bins and any towels used were put by door when checked out. I guess me and my wife are kinda confused. I hope your not one of the hotels that say room was dirty to keep deposit. We took before and after pics just to make sure. We have delt with this kinda situation before if the case.

The staff is very unhelpful and rude, not cooperative at all. Rooms need updating ASAP! My room's curtains were totally off track, air conditioner's wall from the inside, looks like a child came and did repairs, very ugly scene. Breakfast was not the best at all and guests are forced to stay within the area were breakfast is served. Sign outside, reads, "All food must be consumed inside restaurant"! :-(. Guests are being watched by cook/employee, very uncomfortable feeling. When asked for a late check out, desk clerks give guests the run around and not wanting to acknowledge the request. Very rude, nasty attitude and experience with Asian Desk Clerk on Sunday, May 25, 2024 regarding my late check out request! Employee did not want to give his name or the corporate # for me to contact and share the horrible experience at this location! Ramada Corporate Office needs to send a representative to this location, then they will understand why my rating is the way it is!

Toilet taped off saying room had been sanitized. I go to have a bath and there is blue shampoo all over the bottom of the tub and where you leave your shampoo bottle. It was not clean, there was hair on the ledge. I called the desk to complain and to also let them know there were no working plug ins for our electronics, the answer from the desk was did I try to plub ins in the bathroom....Are you kidding me? We travelled 16 hours and were trying figure out the next days travel and that was the solution. I said is this your answer, and she said yes, anything else? I said well no, if that is your answer, why would I say anything else. g

The hotel was very run down, we had very noisy people next door that slammed the door in the middle of the night and had 2 large barking dogs. We asked management for a different r room but they said the hotel was full.
