Sat in the common areas for 10 minutes to appreciate the nice decor, but as soon as peeked in to the restaurant, were seen to the door by the hotel manager, telling us to leave as they were closed. It was a grotesque situation. Unwelcoming attitude. Unapologetic. Won’t be coming back."

"Did not provide breakfast as promised, said it was not an option when we arrived the night before because too few people wanted it. The owner said that they had ‘teamed up’ with a place down the street, as if pointing people to a cafe is the same as providing the service promised here in Hotels.com. There was an old T-shirt in our bedside table. Beds as well as bedding seem to be cheap Ikea or similar and definitely not what you would expect for that price to say nothing of the fact that this...
