Close to highways and shopping center. Breakfast was good. First night, I had to request bedsheets/blankets/pillowcases for the pullout bed. Otherwise, this was an "okay" hotel.

Not a very private hotel. No vent fan in bathroom so you can hear everyone else talking in their bathrooms and they can also hear you. Bathroom has no lock on the door either. Other. Than that, it was a very large room and lots of space. Nice sized fridge with freezer, dishwasher, full side microwave. But the sound of people talking in their bathrooms being heard thought whole hotel room is very unappealing.

This is a pretty modern hotel that looks new/newly renovated. The rooms are roomy and clean. We got a double bed room with a sofa bed that has its own curtain divider for privacy. We only had 5 people, but the room is able to sleep 6. We are traveling with kids and we really appreciated the many wall shelvings and tables/storage areas in the room that enabled everyone to stole their possessions in plain sight. There’s a wheeled large table that was put against the TV console table, but can be pulled out all the way by the beds so the kids can use it as a dinning table. The kitchenette had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Hot Breakfast was good, but it seemed there wasn’t enough staff to replenish the breakfast sandwiches or that they underestimated how many guests were staying there.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was not very appealing and we had no hot water one or the two mornings of our stay which made for an unpleasant showerless day...

We randomly chose because of location and availability. Slightly higher in price tan we intended but realized that it was a very roomy suite which was very nice. No regrets either way.

Overall it was a good stay especially because they allow dogs to stay with you. Only thing was that the 3 night we stayed was no cleaning even when we asked for it.. they didnt .. but they did charge us for dogs cleaning. Breakfast can be better ...

Hotel room is nice and spacious. Having a nice sized kitchen really helped. Having a pool and gym was also a nice addition. My complaint was that the room had a mildew smell. Whenever hotels have carpet, I know its been a while since they were deep cleaned, but at this hotel I knew that for sure due to the smell. We asked for a room spray but they could not find any, they offered another room but we did not feel like moving everything. Also the sofa is like linen and I didn't want to sit on it as they can't really be properly cleaned between stays. A bit picky, but if that is an issue for you something to keep in mind.

The receptionist (Tonya?) was sweet. The property was beautiful! Nice pool, good breakfast (yummy Waffles). We stayed for three nights- room was spotless and well-appointed! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful room & stay, but more disclosures needed
The only thing I did not like was the $125 they charged to my card "in case I spilled some wine or something." I can understand keeping my credit card on file in case there is damage, but to charge me $125 with a promise to refund it does not sit right with me and this should be disclosed clearly before booking. Additionally, just a heads up. The hotel says 19 minute walk to the train station. They omitted to mention that the walk is down a busy highway and you have to walk on the street in parts. Other than that, the room was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, I could live there! Most staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, more fresh options would always be nice. Most people would not find it walkable to town, but you can do it if you're determined, it worked for me but I may not do it twice. It was in a good location otherwise, across from a mall with Whole Foods, some restaurants, and also walking distance to a Barnes & Noble, which was a bonus for me. It is also near the expressway, so very convenient if driving.

Sunday-Tuesday nice & quiet
Overall stay was very nice. We normally stay here on a weekend when it's much busier. Hotel is very clean and staff was quick to respond to any needs we had. My only complaints are the odor in the elevator and our bathroom sink had a slow drain. Otherwise everything was perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel next year on our annual visit to Day out with Thomas.

The room was well laid out and comfortable for staying a few days. The kitchenette was adequately supplied. This was located within an easy walk to shop at the outlet mall , which had good sidewalks to safely walk from store to store.

Not as good as my last stay, but still good. Stayed in the same room as last time. It was not cleaned as thoroughly as it was the previous visit, and a substantial amount of silverware was missing from the kitchen (one fork—had to really hunt for it). Note to other guests: Don’t steal silverware or kitchen implements; regular travelers like me don’t appreciate it and I’m sure the hotel doesn’t either.

Front desk staff was great. The rest of the hotel experience was underwhelming. Carpets in the hallways and in our room were filthy. Sheets, especially those for the sofa bed, needed replacing. No conditioner in the shower, which was strange. Shower gel and shampoo were nice. Room had a weird layout. TV was viewable from the sofa and one bed. Usually rooms that size and at that price point have two TVs. Breakfast was pretty meh. Not many options.

My son really was sick so I had to cancel my reservation. They could care less. No refund, no credit, no discussion. $315 dollars down the drain. They were just interested in confirming that I was “canceling” so they had the potential to re-book the room to someone else. Double profit of course. Don’t worry, I’ll spread the word.

We love staying here! Hotel is always clean and rooms are new and well kept. The only issue we have is breakfast. I wish they wouldn’t use a plastic bag in the oatmeal. Not good at all. And overall the breakfast options can be better.

So coming from a terrible hotel this was a breath of fresh air. Staff was so friendly including the maintenance man who was called in from his day off to let us back into the laundry room. That said there is room for improvement. The pool area was over run and dirty both nights. Breakfast sandwiches should be wrapped to avoid them getting stale and hard. This is a very good option when pricing is soft. When Lancaster decides to be at $300+ a night there are better options.

The beds and pillows were soft and made it difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. Welcoming and very helpful staff who advised on sightseeing options. The shower head was good. However, the water temperature could use more heat 😀 Breakfast was okay for me.
