Room was nice but road noise was terrible. Shower tub was slipper like ice and no grab bars. This seem to be a problem in this area. The last three times I came to Lancaster I've been unable to take a shower because of safety. Breakfast was better than average.
They are renovating, so the messy areas were understandable. The front desk clerk, Ashley Brice, went above and beyond in helping me print theatre tickets. She was extremely willing and helpful.

Highway outside very busy and noisy but it’s convenient to everything so it’s a hustling and bustling area. Morning continental breaks great and the rooms are spacious and well maintained

For the price of a standard room you can enjoy a suite with extra room and many amenities. The coffee is always on and you can enjoy a fresh perk at breakfast or in the evening. The chair in the room had a slip cover over it in dark brown. The sofa was slightly dirty. The carpeting was dark. The room was ratger dark too. The curtains and comforter looked new and bright. Bathroom was nice. A major road went by the outside andvwas noisy both day and night. This made it hard to sleep the first night. Everything else was nice. The parking lot looked a little sketchy, but was not a problem. It was brightly lit. The staff was friendly at checking in.

Room was clean and nice. Staff was nice. The only things that concerned me was that we were woken up on our last morning at 6:50am by the fire alarm. My husband and I jumped up got dressed and ran down the stairwell and out the bldg yet no one else did nor did the staff come check to make sure everyone was fine. Turns out the oven set the alarm off but no one was informed what happened until we came around the front where staff were confused why we were asking. Then told us it was the oven yet no one else in the hotel was alarmed about it. Even the fire truck showed up. We went back to our room and proceeded to shower and pack up. Also breakfast was ok I was surprised if no bacon or sausage etc. only eggs, potatoes and gravy for biscuits. There was a pancake maker which was fine.

Spacious room. Overall clean but refrigerator had black mold on door due to someone turning it off and closing the door. Good breakfast but toaster not working.

For the price, this was a very good hotel. It was not amazing, it did not knock our socks off, but it was clean, breakfast was sufficient, the beds were alright.

The carpet hadn’t been vacuum for a while:in the corners and behind the entrance door is heavy dust and crumbs. Beef strip bag by the bed. There is no customer business office for printing. Customer must email information to the office to be printed.
