First and foremost, we want to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the availability of our restaurant. While it is true that we do have a restaurant on-site, we are not open on Mondays, which led to an unfortunate inconvenience for you. We understand that this miscommunication may have caused frustration and inconvenience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We try to do our best to have it posted and advertised on all sites to prevent this from causing any issues. Furthermore, even though we have it posted on all our booking sites that we are still in the process of our full remodel and still under construction, we are truly sorry for the issues you encountered with your room and that of your friends. The lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink is not up to our standard, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Additionally, the ill-fitting door in your friend's room is not acceptable, and we are working diligently to address and rectify this matter promptly. Your feedback regarding the breakfast is deeply concerning, and we want to apologize for the subpar experience you had. The limited selection, stale muffins, and lack of bread are not reflective of the quality and service we strive to provide. We can assure you that we have shared your comments with our team, and we will take immediate steps to improve the breakfast offerings to ensure that such a situation does not occur in the future. Lynda, please know that your satisfaction and comfort are of the utmost importance to us, and we deeply regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations. Hi Jason, we are sorry for any confusion when it came to breakfast that morning. We were trying to get an accurate count of guests to see how high the demand of breakfast would typically be. We in no way meant to offend any guests in doing so. We have worked out the kinks when it comes to charging cards right away at check in so guests can choose the option to change cards before check out.
