"We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"

"A beautiful property opposite an amazing archeological site and walking distance to the Central shopping area. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant had good recommendations for their excellent food. Breakfast was also spectacular. Parking is reserved outside the hotel for guests. In a hectic city like Patras we loved staying in this sanctuary."

If you want a hotel that is more upscale look elsewhere - but this is a good option for those who just want to crash in a central location across from the sea, near town center and beaches in a simple clean room n bed. "- excellent location, right next to the pebble beach - the bed linen was changed every other day, and the room was cleaned every day - the view from the terrace towards the sea and the coast is beautiful - breakfast was the same every morning, very simple, but you can eat very nicely --the restaurant has excellent cuisine, so you can have lunch and dinner without going into town - beach chairs are free of charge, and you can order a drink from the bar at a reasonable price - the hotel needs to be renovated to some extent, but this does not diminish the impression of a real vacation where you can enter the sea almost from the room - the sea is clean, salty and mostly calm "

Beautiful and Relaxing

"Beautiful boutique hotel that is walking distance to the Port, Shopping and restaurants. Staff were EXCELLENT and very helpful. We were there for a short stay in early August and driving. As in anywhere in Greece, parking is an issue but the Hotel has dedicated spots. Call ahead to otganise, but we easily found a spots nearby and it wasn't a problem. "

"We had a good stay. The location is pretty central and walkable to areas with plenty of restaurants and activities. Straight walk up to the castle area to catch the sunset view. Hotel staff isn't onsite 24hours, but the key allows access after hours. Breakfast didn't offer hot pastries, which was disappointing but we had just stayed in Athens prior so perhaps our expectations were high. We thought the AC didn't work, but after consulting the staff we figured how to operate it. Nice patio overlooking the city. Construction made it a little hard to get to the property, but that's not the hotel's fault. There is no parking on property. We couldn't figure out how to use the public parking lots (with limited hours) near by, so ended up using a 24-hr secured garage called Auto Parking overnight for 16 euros or so, about 6 min walk away, which was perfectly workable. "
