Now it's a Marriott time share, and it's a block away from their other timeshare, Timber Lodge. The Grand Residence has a pool, hot tube, and a surprisingly good work out room, but it's not a resort with a bar, restaurant, or daily activities. It's quiet. no music at the pool. "Super dog-friendly and plenty of amenities inside the room and around the property. Loved the fact that you have a mini kitchen and living room in your room. Only downside is that there is no AC but tons of fans and can open the windows to allow the breeze in. Staff is friendly they keep the property clean. "
