"We arrived in Orlando at 11am. We took a chance and called to see if a room was ready. We were told our room was ready and we could come on over and check in. Check in was quick and easy. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean and nice. We loved the full kitchen. We went and bought groceries instead of eating out every day. The balcony is huge and screened in. The property is beautiful and always clean. The pools have plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We liked the text message communication with the front desk. Our text messages were answered promptly and professionally. Each staff member we encountered was friendly, nice, and professional. We had a great stay here. Would definitely stay here again. "

"There were streaks all over the mirrors and very dusty in our unit lots of streaks on the mirrors and the sliding glass door and on the TVs whoever is the cleaner needs to go over their work before letting go for occupancy. "

"Average "motel" type room from the outside but inside the room looked decently upkept. Was it a high end hotel? No, but the room was modern, clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. Super close to Disney Springs which is a huge plus if you dont have a car but still want to go shopping or get a bite to eat. Shuttles to and from the parks were on time and drivers were pleasant. "
