Lovely hotel, very historic and very pretty rooms. Lovely touch was the weather and reccomendations sheet on the bed with a biscuit every evening. There was a lift but still a couple of steps to get to the room. Staff were very friendly. Luzern guest card very useful and voucher for a free aperatif in the hotel restaurant.

What more could you want!
Just perfect - cute hotel with very comfortable room. No AC but the fan was sufficient. Nice bath and shower. Great staff and service. Fantastic location for walking everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

On days with normal temperatures it is not absolutely necessary.Next time, please choose a junior suite. Those do have portable air-conditioning and will make your stay more pleasant on extremely hot days. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly especially Jennifer! The hotel is located centrally which is convenient to explore Lucerne very easily! The hotel itself is great, but there are areas which could be redecorated. I would highly recommended this hotel if visiting Lucerne.

Dear Graham Thank you for being our guest and for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. The 48 rooms of the Romantik Hotel Wilden Mann are spread over 7 interconnecting houses. This means that no two rooms have the same floor plan or measurements. This is also the reason why the ceilings are not always at the same height. On the same floor we have up to 7 different heights. Hence also the "wall" at the top of one part of the bathroom in your room. We are sorry to hear that the water pressure was not to your liking. Lovely hotel in the center of Lucerne. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Service is great and really loved the daily activities given to us or dropped at our door!

This room was very cozy. It did not have air conditioning, but the windows opened and the hotel provided a fan. The shower was sizable and had good pressure and the bed was comfortable. It is not particularly luxurious, but it is definitely a nice hotel for those just looking for a good location and a nice bed.

Fantastic.
The place in the heart of the city, so clore to the other monuments, to the river, to the Old City... The hotel is like a jewel. Peopple are really gentle.

Very pleasant and relaxing environment
The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (15 mins or so) from the train station. The hotel is only a few minutes away from many Riverside restaurants. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The staff were polite and kind. The hotel and room is everything I expected it to be. The 19th century style decor is quaint and offers a pleasant change from what one usually experiences in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good facilities in old hotel, but the air conditioner is too loud. Their breakfast is better and they also can serve other cook food (e.g. Omelette ,Sunny-Side Up). I am strongely recommend that you can dinner in their restaurant and their food is better than "Bam Bou by Thomas".

The location of the hotel and the services of the staffs were excellent. The hotel is next to the river and between the two historic wood bridges, very close to train station. The restaurant and chief at the hotel were great.

In the heart of Lucern
Spur of the moment decision to see Lucerne. The front desk was very helpful, and was happy to get me a ticket to the orchestra concert that night. It’s in the heart of the town, so it’s lively on a Saturday night, but you’re surrounded by charm. The room and hotel were wonderfully old world and aesthetically pleasing. A great experience.

Charming Luzern Hotel
Great location in the old town center near the Chapel Bridge. Burgerstube Restaurant provides good dishes for lunch and dinner. The hotel rooms layout requires some attention and is not straight forward due to the combining of two large houses. We enjoyed our stay and are ready to return. The crystal chandelier in our room could use a cleaning. Probably hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Considered this uncharacteristic of Swiss obsession to cleanliness.

Outstanding small luxury hotel. Modernized but authentic 500 year old hotel. Part of the Romantik association in Europe. Excellent cuisine and great service. We were upgraded to a suite without asking for same.

Excellent warm welcome very friendly atmosphere
Traditional charming and full of character. Best of all was the lovely cheerful receptionist who really cared about your stay. Very peaceful just off the lakeside with everything in easy walking distance including the train station, so very happy with our choice.
