"We already had plans to stay at the Holiday Inn Asheville Biltmore West, but on our way our car hit a piece on debris on the I-40 and busted the radiator. When finally arrived everyone was very accommodating. The next day, we went swimming and relaxed in the sun. We met Fred and told him our troubles. He waa so kind! He got us a couple breakfast vouchers after hearing what we'd been through. We also enjoyed the bar. Great food! We plan on a return trip and plan on staying at the Holiday Inn again. "
