Maintenance being carried out so tired parts few and far between the only issue was that no distinction was made for rooms that didn’t accommodate pets which wasn’t as much of an issue as it could have been because it was kept very clean

Pros: Nice surrounding area, big above and underground parking, good breakfast and plenty to choose from, very kind staff at reception, funny concierge robot, big room and bathroom, cleanliness, balcony, vinery and golf area Cons: Heating works for couple of minutes and after that it shuts down automatically

Great resort hotel close to Garda lake.
Very good resort hotel close to Garda lake, the meal are diverse, generous and tasty, a lot of great pools, planty of things to do.

Front desk staff were amazing..especially Marco! Our first room was on the first floor with a patio that had a wall so short my 6 year old could step over it. It did not feel safe and the room was warm but I didnt want to sleep with doors open. The room was large, but dated and there were cobwebs in the corner. We requested to move rooms. The second night we were in a renovated room that was pretty. but again warm. The AC is controlled by the front desk and it was just too warm for me to feel cool. The wifi was also sketchy in room #2, perfect in room #1. There were a lot of soccer players in the hotel and the noise level reflected this. Kids were playing tag outside to well past 10pm and my downstairs neighbors were up till midnight sitting outside. I finally had to ask them to be queit, and they did. If I had been able to leave the doors open it would have been cool but the noise level made that not possible. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING- anything and everything you could want and it was good. The indoor pool was really nice. Overall a good stay and I woudl recomend, the AC was my biggest concern. Thanks for a nice weekend get away!

Relaxing, away from it all!
Great room overlooking pool. Quiet & spacious. Good air con & airy. Room was very clean and serviced well each day. On site restaurants were convenient & well priced. Lots of entertainment by Laguna pool if you wanted or quieter ones if not. Reliable shuttle bus service made getting out and about easy👍

Good pools but charge extra to use steam room 12 euro per day. Food is only okay. Good transport to the town. Very noisy at weekend with loud music which can be heard in your room up until 11pm. Twin bed is two single bed stuck together not very comfortable

Nice hotel in a good location but no atmosphere
Hotel was very clean, good location and has a shuttle bus every hour to Peschiera which is great. Facilities and pools are very spread out and there was no information given at check in to there locations. (we were there two days before we found some of the pools). There is an information point in the hotel where you can book trips etc. but this wasnt open at the times it was meant to be and when it was open the staff were very inexperienced and couldnt answer a lot of our questions about the trips. Breakfast was great with a lot of selection to choose from. Food in general was good. Rooms were cleaned everyday and beach towels are provided to use down at the pool. Overall it was a good hotel but not great and i would give it 3/4 out of 5.

Front Desk Staff needs a lot of improvememt
My family spent the first 2 hours of our stay fighting with the front desk clerk who treated us like pests to get a room which has internet access. The front desk clerk insisted that it was a free service and not mandatory. The room had no signal at all. The front desk clerk refused to change our room for another one with internet connection and kept telling us someone will come to take a look. 2 separate people came and both explained that our room cannot have wifi, nevertheless, the front desk refused to accommodate us. We ended up calling hotels.com customer service and asking their help. Hotels.com called the management of the hotel and only after their phone call did another front desk person change our room to another one with access. This was done with an air of us receiving a huge favor for which we should have been very grateful. This left a very sour taste in our mouth for the rest of the trip. Why not just accommodate us right away, why lie and push off on people rooms without amenities which are advertised? The place itself is pretty nice and staff in other departments was kind in helpful. The pools of the hotel are not heated, so my kids found them way to cold, we could not use them. Most people also did not use them due to cold water. So for families who plan to use the pools, be mindful of that - the only thing heating the pools is the sun's rays. Hotel has a great restaurant/pizzeria by the pool with good food.

Americans in Italy
This is a beautiful hotel, the entire staff speaks English which was a plus for us Americans who speak very little Italian. It is a very short drive to Gardaland and we truly enjoyed our day at the amusement park. The complimentary breakfast was very good and we ate lunch and dinner in the restaurants and it was delicious. If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here again.

Not a Hotel but an Apartment
The unit itself was very nice, but getting to it was a major hassle. This was not a "hotel" but more akin to an apartment. There is no sign for this place other than a 6 inch plate above the keypad to get in, which cannot be seen from the street. There is no reception area, but only stairs to the 3rd floor (no elevator). We thought we had arrived at the wrong place because there was no sign anywhere and it was down a very narrow Street. So we drove to another hotel to get Internet reception so that we could obtain the phone number to call. When we called, the owner a told us it would take him 20 minutes to get there and actually took him 30 minutes. Then we had to pay him 25 Euros for a cleaning charge, plus local tax. I've rented thru hotels.com over 100 times. That was a first. The bargain I thought I was getting was no longer a bargain. The owner inferred that I was stupid for not knowing it was an apartment. Nothing on the hotel.com site indicated it was not a real hotel and no manager or any worker fit that matter on site. It was a nice unit, seemingly brand new everything, including fridge & kitchenette. Good building and unit security, bed, and bathroom. But i would never stay there again. There is no parking either. I had to park on the street over 3 blocks away. It's difficult also to find.

Good hotel for local car excursions
Decent hotel with nice grounds. Good breakfast included. Rooms are clean and nice but beds are not very comfortable. Need a car today get around but there are great local areas to explore.

Overall the stay was fine . Room cleaned everyday , the restaurant staff were very pleasant . The shuttle bus service to the centre was very handy . The downside was the rude reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful they really let the hotel down as they are the first people you meet at the hotel. Just have no manners basically !

It's a hotel for golfers, but they have nice pools and breakfast too. Don't bother without some kind of transportation. With a car it's a good place to stay and you will get quickly to all the attractions around Garda.
