Didn't disappoint. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff that gave the personal touch. Very convenient for the steamer, local bus service, restaurants and shops.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast more than adequate and extra items were offered such as omelettes. Slight disappointment having no English TV channels although this was going to be fixed. Overall, very pleased.

Friendly staff. Easy check in and use of facilities. Breakfast was efficient and had good selection. The room was well maintained. Perfect location on Lake Garda with easy transport by bus and boat.

Lovely property in a fab location. Views from our terrace were gorgeous. Nothing was too much trouble. The dining options were the most expensive we found in the area but still worth the money, especially given the view from your table.

Great Hotel with views !!
Was a last minute booking to stay in Garda. Hotel perfectly placed on the lake front and great view from the room (no9). If staying would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony for the views !! Breakfast was great and staff really helpful and friendly. No parking at the hotel but two car parks near by which are within walking distance. Would stay there again on my next visit to Garda.

Generally very happy- “superior” room spacious with large bathroom and large shower cubicle. Small friendly hotel. Kept very clean- cleaner spent about 1/2 hour at least a day cleaning and mopping and tidying Fantastic location on lake front close to ferry and bus station Some road noise but we slept well on comfy beds. Only difficulty we had was getting enough hot water from waiter to make a mug of tea - water was in small tea pot only enough to1/3 full mug - when got larger teapot only 1/2 filled mug - there was a small jug of water on the percolator but a decent sized hot water dispense would have saved endless trips by the waiter to and from the kitchen- and avoided lots of frustrating waits for water. Officially 3 * and certainly worth that - a great little hotel!

Excellent Hotel in every sense of the word!
I cannot sing the hotel’s praises highly enough! The location across from the pier was perfect and I liked the fact that it was located at the end of the prom rather than in the middle. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view and the staff were exceptionally kind. I would have no hesitation recommending the hotel to fiends and relatives and hope to return one day myself.

Choose your room carefully
This is a lovely hotel positioned overlooking the lake with lovely aspect and patio. The main road runs behind so choice of room will be important if traffic noise disturbs you. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit remote.

Wonderful location
Fantastic location right on the lake front. WE didn't have a room with a lake view but imagine the ones that's do are spectacular. Staff were all very friendly. There is free parking with the hotel but it is a bit of a walk away but there is a public car park right next door for loading and unloading. Only thing negative was we found the pillows very hard but we found this in all the hotels we stayed in in Italy

Lovely, smart, clean hotel, on the promenade at Ga
We had a a simple but clean and comfortable room on the first floor with a balcony (room 1) The staff were very attentive and friendly. We ate at the restaurant twice. Garda has a promenade with lots of restaurants and Vittoria was the last hotel at the north end. It is very near the ferry jetty and only 5 -7 mins walk from the us station. Garda is an excellent place to stay

Staff who are happy to go the extra mile!
My husband and I 3 nights at La Vittoria with friends. Throughout our stay the staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was my friend's birthday and at midnight, when the staff saw us celebrating, they quickly arranged a small cake with candles. The location of the hotel was fantastic, easy walking distance to everything. We will definitely return.

Lovely lake front hotel.
A very enjoyable holiday. The staff were very attentive and friendly and have an obvious love of children as our 6 year old would confirm. We stayed in the most expensive room which was on the first floor with an extended balcony, great for sitting on in the evening and also you could take your buffet breakfast there if you wished. The room had great air conditioning which we needed with the unusually high temperatures in the high thirties! The room has good soundproofing if you wish to go to bed early. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice catering for all tastes. We ate in the restaurant 3 times during our stay, the food was excellent and higher than expected standard for a 3 star hotel and reasonably priced.

Fantastic location on the Lake nearby shopping area. Beautiful views. Very helpful and friendly staff with lovely breakfasts. Unfortunately a bit noisy late at night. Breakfast finishes too early at 10am. Would suggest until 10.30am at least. Would definately recommend to others.

Beautiful garda
We spent a great 48 hours in garda. The sun was low and misty over the lake and a walk along the beach to San Vigilio was wonderful. The next day was dominated by taking the bus to Malcesine and a ride up the cable car to Monte Baldo. Its much further down than we should have attempted: a circular walk from the top might have prevented that total exhaustion and stiffness. An earlier breakfast would have allowed us to catch the boat rather than the bus.October is quiet and an ideal time to visit the area.

Really loved this Hotel, but would like to say a couple things. It would be good if they arranged a way to get you to & from the "free parking" as it is quite far. Also, there is a great deal of road noise in the rooms on the north side, especially with the windows open.

Little gem of a hotel
Great hotel. Fantastic location, make sure you ask for a lake view, it's superb. Directly onto A pedestrian area, with tables and chairs right by the lake. No need to drive out in the evening. Really Clean, friendly staff, fab breakfast, most amazing Fresh orange juice. Only slight issue was that we Found pillows a little hard. And although the hotel Provides free parking it is a 10 minute walk away. Having said that its really not an issue and wouldnt stop Me using this great little hotel again. Think I would add balcony To my room next time I stay. Great thumbs up for this hotel !

Good hotel & location - shame about the staff
Great: hotel; room quality; clean; well kept; (reasonable) price; and location. Shame about the staff. There were 3 members of staff who treated us like guests and were very good. The others treated us like some irritation and inconvenience as they seemed to be more bothered talking to their mates who were constantly visiting. We nearly apologised for imposing ourselves on them. No one would have thought that we were contributing to their wages as paying guests. Only other minor gripe was that the hotel looks/sounds as though it has its own pool but it has use of a water park which is a 25 minute walk away - when you get there this is very good but a bit of a disappointment on the first day.

Lovely Friendly Hotel in a great Location
From the moment we walked in the door we were immediately and genuinely welcomed and were also offered a free drink. I had booked a junior suite and although the room was slighly smaller than I was expecting it was still very tastefully furnished. The location is ideal on the lakefront, however parking is away from the hotel, though you can pull up for a short while to drop off your bags. Breakfast is served on a nice terrace (inside & outside) overlooking the lake. Along with the usual rolls, cheese meats, fresh fruits, cooked egg (whatever way you want them) and coffee/tea are served at your table. All in all a good experience.

A friendly and a good quality hotel by the shore.
We arrived later than anticipated and feeling already tired. Staff was very friendly and efficient, check in was done in less than a minute, and we were directed to our clean and well prepared room with a beautiful view to the Garda lake. We had a family trip. I would recommmend this also for a romantic trip.

En perfekt vistelse
Hotellet hade ett perfekt läge vid strandpromenaden i Garda. Garda är en förträfflig utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Gardasjön och dess fantastiska omgivningar. Hotellet var utmärkt. Bra att känna till är dock att parkeringen ligger cirka 800 m från hotellet. Promenadvägen till parkeringen gick igenom den gamla delen av staden med en mängd trevliga butiker och restauranger.

Ottima posizione struttura particolare con arredamento della camera curato e non comune, staff gentile e disponibile colazione a buffet gradevole(non eccezionale) in veranda .Abbiamo cenato al ristorante della struttura: personale giovane e molto gentile ma un pò troppo "alle prime armi", servizio un pò lento anche se non è certo sgradevole attendere seduti comodamente in riva al lago...
