“Perfect - couldn't have been better.”

We were welcomed very warmly on arrival into the stunning, modern art-filled reception of Feeling Hotel Luise with a much appreciated drink of juice - the weather was wonderful. Using an impressive glass elevator to reach our room, we enjoyed the views of the surrounding mountains. The room was fantastic - light, modern and very comfortable with dark wood flooring and furniture, white walls, sheets, towels and robes, a black chaise longue, a large desk and an open wardrobe. The bathroom was sizeable and pristine with toiletries provided; the room was cleaned to an excellent standard every day. We were lucky enough to have been given a room upgrade by the wonderful hotel manager, Andrea, and had an enormous balcony which overlooked the pool and had stunning mountain views. Breakfast was an incredible buffet and staff were efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable, helping us to plan our itinerary and providing maps. The hotel is a very short walk into the town centre and Riva del Garda is the most beautiful, interesting town in the north of the lake, and nowhere near as touristy as the others (Limone, Torbole, etc.) The bar and lounge downstairs is great, serving amazing cocktails and often putting on live music. The pool is large with plenty of seating, parasols and towels provided. The majority of guests in early July were couples and families, and we felt the service was very personal - we never felt like just another face in the crowd. Absolutely perfect - stay there!

“The Best Hotel We've Ever Stayed In”

This was simply the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It was smart, modern and well located; but totally unpretentious. Ideal for families. There were some really well thought through touches: - Free internet access - Gazebo's with sofas by the pool - Free craft session for the children in the afternoon - Staff happy to lookup and print-off local information from the internet. I would definately recommend it.

“Stylist Hotel”

Gorgeous hotel with a really stylist feel to it. 5 minutes walk into town. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was one of the best of our holiday (which consisted of 15 different hotels in Europe). Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer than one night but will definitely be returning next year.

“Friendly and well located”

If you have a family or just want to be in Riva, you cant fault this place. The staff are extremely friendly and all speak excellent English. The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard as are the communal facilities. The pool is a good size and the location is close to the town and the lake. Parking is good. If you are seeking a hotel that has a traditional look and feel, maybe investigate the pictures further, but this is more a Riva issue than the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel.

“Enjoyable stay”

We had a lovely time at the hotel and lake Garda and could not give a negative about anything. The hotel is situated just outside the centre but across the road from a very lovely part so was perfect.

“Highly recommended!”

Great hotel. They've thought about the extras too - like decent toiletries, dressing gowns, pool towels. Comfy bed. Great selection and good quality breakfast. Good location. Can't fault it, we'd certainly stay here again.
