We chose Bell"Arrivo because it was close to the train station Turned out to be an excellent choice, well situated, very nice staff and delicious included breakfast. We would definitely recommend!

Great hotel in a great location
Just a quick overnight stay but our room was so amazing, I wish we'd have had the option to stay longer. The bed was so comfortable and the views were amazing. Breakfast was excellent and my husband said his coffee was the best he had on our whole trip! Would definitely return.

This is maybe the 4th/5th time we stayed here, we watched how the hotel has been transformed to old rickety beds to now new/more comfortable ones. Only downside? The parking is a 10-15 minutes walk. Ideal location; a view to “die for”; the lake, the tourists riding bikes/boating; all the summer fun activities. Gelaterias left, front and centre. One of the best breakfast!!!!

Too noisy!
The hotel was clean. It’s located right in the middle of the sites that is good. The lady at the front desk is not friendly at all, not mean but acts like you are bothering her. The walls are paper thin. Noise from the restaurant late into the night. You can hear the people next door going to the bathroom.

The location is great , right in the heart of it. The staff were lovely . The decor is like going back to the 80/90s . The bed looks like it’s from the 70s . We were only there 2 nights but I wouldn’t have liked to have been there for a week.

Lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful and replied promptly to a couple of questions we had before we arrived. We had a family room which was spacious with a super view over the lake. Very clean throughout and nice comfy beds. Breakfast was ok, but also nice local cafes right on the doorstep for a coffee and croissant. We couldn’t fault the hotel or location at all, an absolutely perfect hotel in an enchanting town, we can’t wait to go back and highly recommend it.

Lots to do & see in an ideal & central location
Hotel reception was very welcoming. Staff are friendly, helpful and on the ball. Hotel is well laid out and comfortable with good restaurant facilities downstairs. Nice central location in the town overlooking the harbour and small but busy shopping area. All the best restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, even for elderly people (which we are not) and the beach area to the west is well within walking distance for those a little more able. Lovely hotel in a lovely little harbour town.

Stayed here for only one night but was well worth it. The hotel was clean, tidy , the staff were kind and helpful, we were a little early but they let us leave our bags. The view from our room was beautiful and also the little communal balcony area over looking the area!

A great week long stay
I stayed in the hotel for a week and would go back in the morning if I could. The hotel is in a fantastic location for everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helped us out with all our queries. The breakfast is very reasonably priced and the view from our balcony was great.

Stay central, stay here..
All staff amazing especially lady on reception on the first day who changed our room so we had a river view and gave us directions where to park only 500m away and free parking. Central to everything in the town.

Nice little Italian hotel.
Nice little hotel. Only let down breakfast. Very cramped eating area and all cheap looking food!! Hotel in excellent position, near ferry and in the town.

Lovely hotel in great location, right in centre of town with views over the river & lake. Very helpful reception staff-provided info on how to find free parking & also how to leave the area on market day. Breakfast costs 5 euro 50 each & is good value with wide range of choices

Nice friendly stay in a great location
Lake Garda is not car friendly. There are too many of them as we discovered spending a full day driving around the lake. The hotel is in a brilliant location in Peschiera but parking is almost half a mile away. The hotel is in prime position overlooking the lake and the river flowing into it. Behind and beside the hotel is a pedestrian only set of streets lined with cafes, restaurants and tourist shops. So it was easy to explore the lovely old town and finish with a drink or meal. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room clean and comfortable and the bteakfast very good value.

Unbeatable location
The location is fabulous, across the street from the ferry pier, 2 minutes walk to bus stop that takes you anywhere you need to go in the region and around Lake Garda, Verona, etc. Walk within minutes of historic sites. The hotel room was smaller than advertised and room lighting horrible the reception area is about as big as a large closet, but the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very very good, especially for only 5 €.

Absolutely stunning location
Absolutely loved this little hotel. We stayed there for a week. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were left. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I had emailed a few times to request a balcony and upper floor room and there was no problem we got a great room with a view of the canal. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and there is a bus stop located over the road which makes it a great base for traveling around the lake and also to Venice. The breakfast in the Hotel was also lovely and there is plenty of restaurants and small bars near by. The hotel is also just a 10 minutes walk for two small beaches and from a lovely marina. I will definetly be returning next summer. Top tip- visit the thermal spas in Lazise especially at night time they were amazing. Hotel reception will organise. A taxi for u they are well worth a trip and amazinf all lit up at night!!

Great location, very clean, good breakfast.
Stayed for two nights as a family of four in a quad room. Room was large clean with a clean bathroom and great view. Decor is not typical brand hotel but that's good, if I want to have the same appearance in every country then I'll book a big brand! Bathrooms as other reviews have said are bright red and white. Breakfast was very good, selection of meats, breads, croissants, yoghurts and fruit. All for five euros. This was continually refreshed right up to the end time of breakfast. Not sure why others have complained this was perfectly adequate for twice the price. Location fantastic, right on the lake lots of great places to eat nearby
