Everything about the hotel and area was excellent except the beds and pillows. Those were probably the worst beds I have ever slept on. I might as well have slept on the floor with no pillow. However, the cleanliness, staff and breakfast made up for it!!!

Clean, friendly, respectable front staff. Gym is nice and neat. Breakfast options is decent for a quick grab and go.

Clean but not comfortable.
The hotel was great except for the two most important things. The beds were not comfortable at all. The shower had no water pressure. Everything else was great. Checkin was fast and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

The matress was too firm, hard even! Everyone doesn't like a extra firm matress. Need to consider something in between!

They were really helpful especially when we got to the hotel at 2am and needed a spot to park with a trailer. The front desk attendant took the time to show where to park with a trailer.

The staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was decent. Also, grab & go free water by the front desk. Our room was fairly large with a couch and sitting area, along with a microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and coffee pot. However, the sheets on the bed were very thin and worn out. The blanket between the top sheet and comforter was dirty… just gross. It’s very obvious that it hasn’t been washed in a long time! We took it off! The shower curtain was Not clean as well. It had orange, yellow, and brownish stains all along the bottom of the curtain! Disgusting. I took pictures and plan on submitting them to Home2 Suites, Lake Charles. We will not stay at this property again.

First off the shade to block out the light was electric and would not come down. Second i was in the shower the next morning and wet my hair to wash it and both bottles for Shampoo and Conditioner were Empty....... When i book overnight trips for Business i make sure the hotel has this so i don't have to pack alot.

The most comfortable stay
We really enjoy staying at Home2 Suites. The rooms are large and comfortable. My husband goes to bed early and there is a curtain that I was able to pull as to not disturb him while I used the couch and lamp. I love all the desk space to place suitcases and bags to keep things organized. Being pet friendly is a plus when I travel with our dog. Breakfast is good and lots to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will always stay at a Home2 Suites when we can.
