The property was well kept and room was excellent! I reserved a lake view room and each morning was nice with the sound of jazz from the beach bar/restaurant looking over the beach & bridges. The service could be quicker for the casino areas and Landry’s. I get the casino trying to keep you there longer and how crowded each evening got.. but otherwise it was a great stay!

We had to wait to get into our room because the door lock was not charged and the key wouldn’t work. The stopper on the tub was broken and the water in the shower was luke warm. Surprised the hotel had so many problems given that it is relatively new unless we were given the worse room since it was our first stay. Not a good experience at all and doubt we will be back. We will continue to stay at Lauberge where we are always offered comp rooms and usually don’t have any of these issues.

Check in time is 4pm. At 4:10pm I requested to check in. Was told my room wasn’t clean & I would receive a text message when clean. Didn’t receive message so I waited in long check in room again. Pool was filthy with cups from previous day, leaves, etc. Concert was canceled on day of concert. Too late to get refund on two night expensive hotel room.

The customer service here is horrible! A speed of charges 185 when we pre-book the room and then the hotel charges again the entire amount. then at the Golden Nugget at the pool, we left the eight dollar tip and then the waiter took it upon herself to leave herself a $40 tip. Please do not book with them

There was bugs in my bed!!!! No compensation, discounts, credits, or true concerns was given!! The supervisor didn’t even come and talk with us staff says that the supervisor was too busy! This property is not luxury just convenient if you like to gamble.

The front desk was amazing but the girls at vallet during the evening was very rude and obnoxious. Pay to much money to be excused of not staying there and making me walk back to the front desk!

Staff at hotel were very friendly! Checking in and out was easy. Rooms clean and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

The casino and hotel were great as usual. We come here very often. The only issue I had was our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We were told we could walk around the pool while we waited for the text saying our room was ready. Two hours had gone by, it was now 6pm and still no text. I went up to the front desk and the receptionist said gave us a room key and said I should’ve received a text but sometimes it doesn’t work. That was it. That’s all she said. No apology, no late check out time. This kinda sucked cause the sun was going down by the time we were able to get our luggage up to our room and get ready for the pool. Other than that, our stay was great. We are weekly returning customers, so this was pretty upsetting.

The rooms were really nice. The parking garage made such a difference. Didn't have to walk out in the rain to the parking lot. We had a great time.

Rooms were nice and the checkin was very convenient. Bell help and valet were very professional. Ate at Vic and Anthony’s and the food and service were excellent. Our waiter was Cale, and he was very nice and polite

1) The bathtub drain plug did not work. Was unable to hold water in bathtub due to this. This is the second time staying here with the same problem. 2) I paid for a late checkout at 1 pm and had two different housekeepers knock at 11am to clean the room. Defeated the late check out charge and stay. 3) The casino lost water after midnight on the last night. Was unable to take a shower, brush teeth, etc. I anticipate a credit of some kind for this mishaps.
