Unfortunately without any details I cannot directly address any issues with the staff as this is clearly not typical of anyone here at our property and shows in our reviews, however, please understand that this was a Purdue football weekend so naturally rates were increased by demand. You also booked our very large two bedroom suite which is essentially an apartment, so yes it was our most expensive room. I do apologize for the experience you had and will acknowledge this with staff.
