"Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel. "

"An interesting choice for staying in Laconia. There must be ten churches within eyesight from this property! Nice walking trail along the adjacent canal. A bit scetchy to walk down Main Street on a Friday night. Walgreens, Dunkin’, and Cumberland Farms within walking distance. "

"Walls are paper thin you can hear right through them complete conversations. But overall if you dont have any renters on either side of you. The room is clean staff is friendly. The breakfast isnt worth the trip out of the room, but are any of them? Lol"
