Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel.

Just around the corner from the meadow brook pavilion. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Customer service was top notch. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

This is the cleanest, most beautiful motel ive ever stayed in. We came for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion, its 6min away. We are coming for another concert next month, i will be booking a room before i leave. There's a pool, coffee, the landscape is gorgeous, chairs out front, a cute lil gazebo you can sit at. The owner is super nice. People very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The motel was tiny but super cute and charming. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Room was clean and had everything we needed especially fresh made coffee in the morning.

It was a great little spot to stay to go to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. Close to Wiers Beach and nice restaurants. The hot tub was clean and warm. We will be going back for sure.

The room was cute, had a mini fridge and microwave. Shower was small but good pressure. Room was quiet and the bed was comfy too. Never happy about the price of a room to just sleep in and be out of by 11am so that costs a star.

Great stay.
We were on the end by the pool. There was a great private view of the garden. You parked right outside door. You could walk across parking lot to sit and view lake or right outside your door. Very well maintained motel with friendly owners. If in area would stay again. Coffee offered in am outside office door. Would prefer in room coffee pot.

Perfect spot for grandma and grandgirls to stay. Everything was immaculate, Rooms were quiet, grounds were gorgeous, keeper was friendly. Little extras..grill, lawn chairs, hot tub and pool. Price was reasonable. Would happily stay here again.

Great property
This was a wonderful place to stay. After three weeks of business travel in various hotels this was a wonderful weekend trip that felt like one does when they arrive home. The room we were in was very clean and we'll maintained. It included a screened in porch and small deck with chairs. The entire property is in bloom with beautiful flowers everywhere. The staff are friendly and accomodating. There are spaces to bbq and enjoy the outside. The pool is well taken care of. We will put this on our short list of first choice places to book for future trips!!

Our front desk staff is new and weak in some areas. There are two breakfast locations within a half mile and two more three miles further down our street. We are much to small and lacking in facilities to offer a breakfast that would be acceptable.

Great family getaway
Great stay at the Bay Top for our first visit to Winnepesaukee! Super comfy beds, spotlessly clean (thank you!), sparkling pool & hot tub. We never heard noise from adjoining rooms from the inside even though they were fully booked. The flowers you see in the pictures are accurate, they're everywhere and lend a feeling of sunshine and happiness to the place. There are little nooks to sit here and there and watch the sunset or boats going by. This place was perfect because it is in the middle of things, but elevated on a hill so it's a peaceful oasis. We would come back here in a heartbeat, as would every other guest we spoke with. George and his son do a great job of making you feel welcome but not being intrusive. Initially, I was hesitant to pay these rates for a motel, but it was worth it, we felt very at home.
