Human feces found on “clean” towels
The rooms were absolutely atrocious. Cockroaches crawling in the tub. Bed sheets and pillows had blood stains on them. We found human feces on one of the “clean” towels hanging up above the toilet. Walls had brown drip marks on them as well as weird stains on the carpet. Absolutely disgusting.

Nice staff but room not clean
The check-in lady was very nice and personable. But the room condition was deplorable. It smelled bad, we found a roach and there was a missing light bulb. The walls were well worn and dirty. The floors were very dirty. And the phone didn’t work. We were too tired to walk back to the office.

The room was dirty! Used soap and dirty underwear found in bathroom. And roaches everywhere! It was nasty. We left right after we checked in and found another place to stay.

Not queen beds as reserved!! Double beds with all the spring action of a worn out mattress! Rocking tiny toilet. Filthy floors!!!! Old and not updated! Old furniture. Filthy floors!!!! 2 puny wash clothes and 2 puny towels. Luke warm water. Very noisy.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Requested room was ready and available. Special request was followed perfectly (handicapped room). The one down side was the mold in the shower and the roaches in the floor.

The room was run down and shabby. The furniture was worn; the walls were scuffed; the microwave had a cigarette burn on the top. The worst part was a loud air conditioner that turned on and off very frequently.

The state was uncomfortable the housekeeping was rude and now they are trying to double charge me for another week that I'm not staying there without calling me and letting me know what is going on I will never refer anybody to stay there and I will never stay there again they have put my checking account in the negative

The property was close to the highway with some food options nearby. Also, while it was dated, everything worked and it was safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, it had a lot of shortcomings such as no soap or shampoo. The TV remote was missing so you had to get up for changes. There were only bathroom towels for one and those did not appear clean. Overall, I would probably not stay here again.

Horrible, horrible place. The room stinks badly. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Sheets didn't seem to have been changed. Everything looks dirty and both of us felt like bugs were crawling on us. Towel rails was falling from the wall. We couldn't sleep because of the smell. The only positive part was the lady in the front desk who was very helpful. Ah, and they advertise free breakfast and we couldn't even get a cup of black coffee. If we have slept in our car, we would be more comfortable.

Filthy. Hair in the tub and in the towels. Noisy... could hear the interstate and other rooms like there were no walls. No breakfast despite advertising it. Overpriced as well. Would never stay again.

It was close to the interstate and the locations we visited. It's an older hotel but it's obvious they're working hard to make it nicer. As will all aging facilities, there are issues, but our room was clean, quiet and very large. My small service dog was pleased with the room and comfy king sized bed. The staff was very nice, helpful and took care of anything we needed quickly. Housekeeping was quick and thorough. We will be staying there next time we are in the area.
