The property is in a good location. Its distance to the central station is around 12 minutes walk.

We stayed in a beautiful modern room with a kitchenette and 2 balconies. It was a short walk from the train station. Restaurants were nearby that we enjoyed. The balconies overlooking the streets were lovely to relax with a drink and people watch every evening. Highly recommend!

Simonetta is a lovely host. I arrived later than the reception hours and she had clear instructions for my arrival and check in. She helped me recommend restaurants around. On my final day it was pouring rain, she was so kind to give me an umbrella to the station, saying it’s a gift!! It’s the small touches that’s makes your experiences so unique and amazing. I’m glad I chose Fidelio rooms, its location is perfect. Few mins walk to the station or the waterfront. Loved it all!

This was the prefect area. Close to shopping, train station, restaurants. We had trouble accessing hot water at this hotel.

The hostess was helpful and sweet. Location was terrific - two blocks from daily market with plenty of quaint restaurants and wine bars within easy walk. 10 minute walk to train station. Just a classic boutique suite. Would stay there again if we’re ever back.

Easy to find and check in. 8 to 10 minute walk from train station. Air conditioning and good water pressure for shower. Elevator.

Great stay, perfect for exploring Cinque Terre!!! Our host was kind and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The room was clean and modern. The location is great with a lively square and delicious restaurants right around the corner. We would happily stay here again when in La Spezia!

A great stay in the heart of La Spezia, easy walk to train station and in the centre of the main streets. Lovely manager, friendly and so happy to help with anything.

I don’t normally give feedback on my stays, but I will for an exceptional stay at a greatly price. I was most impressed with the quality of the check in procedure and the instructions were complete and unambiguous. The bonus was the lift to the 3rd Floor. With bags it was a massive plus. I would give our stay 10 out of 10.

I normally do not leave review but the manager/ owner there was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She is extremely kind and helpful. The location also excellent i highly recommended 😊

Idéalement situé pour visiter les 5 Terres et la ville de la Spezia Très bon accueil, très bon conseils Point négatif pas de place de parking, très difficile pour stationner, de plus le temps est très limité pour stationner 1h max aux alentours

Accolto dalla Signora Simonetta in modo eccellente, ha dato consigli dei mezzi pubblici più convenienti per visitare altri posti. Affittacamere centralissimo vicino a tutto musei, porto negozi, ristoranti di ogni tipo ecc. Munito di ascensore. È stato un soggiorno rilassante.

距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適

Excellent séjour à La Spezia
L’hôtel est très bien situé, près de la gare et également du port sans nuisance sonore. La rue est calme et en plein centre. La chambre est très agréable et très propre. La literie très confortable et l’hôtesse est adorable ! C’est un point de départ idéal pour visiter les 5 terres

Nöjd familj
Lägenheten är jättefin och väldigt centralt, det finns allt man behöver. Det var sköna sängar och väldigt tyst på kvällen. Välstädat och nya handdukar varje dag. Värden var otroligt vänlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Kan verkligen rekommendera att bo på Fidelio.
