Apenas uma noite
Ficamos apenas uma noite, hotel limpo, quarto limpo e confortável. Tem um supermercado grande perto (duas quadras), mas a região próxima ao hotel é bastante degradada. Eu não sairia à noite. Hotel é funcional, manutenção em dia, mas precisa de uma renovação.

Mrs Blanca and Mr. John were outstanding Hosts. Very helpful and always friendly. They make my stay more enjoyable. Great continental breakfast every day. My compliments all around.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel is clean and comfortable and the owners are very friendly. The wifi in the newer section in the back is erratic. We were very disappointed in the town of La Serena. There is really not much to do or see, unless you want to go to the beach where all the resorts and hotels are.

Just today installed another wifi Access Point (we now have six of them!) to improve the coverage in that area. As for the town in general, yes its a bit lacking as most of the effort goes into promoting the beach area.

La propiedad está bien cuidad es muy bonita, aunque se notan los años. El poco personal que atiende lo hace bien. No es para hacerse grandes expectativas sobre el “desayuno incluido” pero está bien.

Me fue muy bien, mucha cordialidad por parte de los dueños como del personal, todo limpio, buen y contundente desayuno, dormitorios y camas cómodas. El hotel es muy lindo con agradables y cómodos espacios exteriores.

Vacaciones inolvidables
Mi experiencia fue muy buena, al principio lo encontré un poco desordenado el orden de las habitaciones, pero luego entendí que fue porque entré el primer día al hotel por la parte de atrás, es decir por el estacionamiento. En general fue muy bueno, la habitación 203, nada que decir, atención óptima y desayuno acorde a lo esperado. Personal y dueño del hotel muy amables, excelente estadía.

En general cumple con el objetivo para descansar, tranquilidad, buena Cama, servicio de Desayuno bueno, mejorar Televisión y señal WiFi, pero recomendable, estacionamiento muy Seguro.
