Hello there, Thank you for sharing your husbands experience at this property. Just for clarification, you are writing a review on his behalf in which you were not present. Any time a guest comes to check in time we always give the option of letting them check the room prior to checking in, this way both parties are on the same page and your husband declined. After checking into the room it seems he had all the furniture away from the walls and the complete bedding off of the bed and pillows thrown in the corners now making this a non rentable room. Due to this action plus coming roughly thirty minutes later for a refund is unfortunately not going to happen. Had he come back within minutes of not being satisfied with the room and left it in a rentable condition, the outcome of a refund would've been possible. Unfortunately pictures were taken and documented due to the guests actions.
