No message with the code to get onto the harbour, then given an incorrect code, which took a member of staff to come and test it and then had to ask a bus driver for it. Then to find a couple who had the correct code, were checking in just in front of us - how did they get the right code?! "Perfect place to stay to explore La Rochelle. In the heart of the old town and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. A small supermarket is located nearly next door. Walking distance from the train station - less tha. 5 minute flat walk. Friendly staff, clean room with large comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast available which we had both mornings.
